Earlier I used glutamine from a different brand. This was a change I went for and really liked the taste and texture. Mixability is good and provides me with adequate recovery of muscles.Purchased it for Rs 589 /- . I used it as pre and post workout to cover up the muscle soreness.The benefits which i observed eventually are1. mucle gain2.Better performance3.recovery of muscles .Its a must purchase and i am looking forward to review it after another purchase

Bought to see if this helps with my body.... but, it looks like it was made at someone’s home.The label looks like it was done in a printer and the security sticker isn’t even fully down like it was just placed on there.Gives me lack of faith that it’s legit.... I’ll try. If it works, I’ll update my post.

This glutamine is really very nice and it is micronized. I already ordered and use this one soluble in water, orange flavour, good smell .Amazing for muscle recovery. I used to have muscle soreness when I came back from the gym. After having this I have no soreness anymore. I feel more energetic, strong. I can feel a difference within a month only. Thanks to advance muslcemass for such an amazing product

The product is good, but instead of Sucralose, they have used Aspartame as the sweetner, Aspartame has been declared as a villian in sweetener category, due to its negative effect on gut health...i wud suggest you them to switch to atleast Sucralose sweetner, or else the orange flavor is good enough..effect shud be seen in a weeks time...will update further...product code was genuine.

I prefer the Vanilla flavours more than orange but in this product the orange flavour was also top notch. Overall recovery from the glutamine feels good and the product at this price is a v good buy. I've started using this product around a month back and I'm gonna continue with it.All in all 5 stars for it.

Product is good value for money, I had tried different glutamin, but this is most economic and effective.. If taste has option like lychee or tropical thunder or fruit punch than it will be nice... Go for it it will give you desired result....

The reason why I have given overall 3 stars is because, results are slow and you need to add it's 2&3 times a day in your diet and only then there are minor changes. We use this so that there is no loss of muscle loss, but if the results are slow then there isn't any use.

I use this post workout along with my whey as well in the morning on empty stomach, no bloating, muscle soreness reduces, just that it is little bit on the sweeter side which needs to be reduced.Rest a good product for muscle recovery
