The 2nd volume of The Sandman is truly captivating. It’s impossible not to get sucked into the Dream Realm. As always Neil Gaiman is a fantastic story teller and the narrative flows so well even with several jumps to different characters who are all pieces of the same puzzle.

Neil Gaiman was the genius of this time. His stories, specifically this one, take the reader to a place of awe. The characters take on personality and draw the reader in. This story made me contemplate the origins of all of my dreams.Decades later this story still mesmerizes me. Thank Mr. Gaiman!

Fascinating story continues. I strongly recommend listening to the audiobook while reading this graphic novel. An amazing story written, drawn, and performed audibly.

The Doll's HouseThe second in this remarkable series is just as amazing as the first.Another of the endless is revealed in Desire who is playing a long game on her/his/its brother Morpheus.The story follows Rose Waker who is going to England to meet her grandmother, the same character from #1 who was impregnated while asleep.Her meeting with her grandmother is just the beginning of this tale. She must go on to find her brother who she has not seen in years.My favorite character in this book is the man who never dies and ultimately who he turns out to be.Neil Gaiman is an amazing talent and I am so angry that it took so many years for me to read this series.I would never want to give away an ending but this story and how the dream vortex was resolved is fantastic. Read this graphic novel for you will not be disappointed.

Not for the faint of heart but found myself deeply involved in the characters and their relationships. I do love how so many pieces connect - while others don’t.

When I first read this, I was very confused about the story and characters. But after re-reading it again, I now love it. It's not my favorite but my favorite part in this is part four; men of good fortune.What I dislike is that some parts of the writing can be hard to read when you're reading for the first time (for me at least).But I appreciate this volume.I give it 4 stars. It's a good story and I love the characters.

#30. 30th compilation or 15- 30th issue included. No idea. It is the second Sandman book I have read. Reminds me of earlier anthologies read 50 rears ago. Different. Thought provoking. Weird sometimes. Scary. Not Donald Duck, more like the Twighlight Zone. Enjoy.

In quanto fan della saga il mio giudizio potrebbe essere poco super partes. Le avventure di sogno sono sicuramente meravigliose e ricche di oscurità. Adoro profondamente questi racconti, e posso solo consigliargli a chi ama i fumetti destinati ad un pubblico con un'ampia apertura mentale. Certo che è un fumetto, ma le tematiche e la narrativa non sono ne scontate ne banali.

Letto il primo volume, più che soddisfatta. Questo è anche meglio, la storia ti tiene incollato al fumetto, e non vuoi metterlo giù dopo che l'hai finito.

An interesting story with some unexpected twists and turns.Beautiful artwork and story telling. Highly recommended for those who enjoy darker fantasy graphic novels.

The art is incredible. If you've watched the series & want to get into comics, this original run of books is for you. Very enjoyable...

I love the imagination of the author. Really good read. I read it in two sittings.Going to read the third volume now.
