Excellent and quick response from seller, had questions about the product and fit and they were very helpful! Purchased this item to help my 10.5 year old pug that's been losing strength in his back legs and having trouble with arthritis. He loves going on walks but often will fall on his butt or just refuse to walk back so we have to carry him (he's heavy for a pug - 36 lbs but he's got a huge frame lol). This helps him walk and be independent but provides extra support when needed as it allows us to hold him up. Very easy to use and I love the strap in the front to keep it in place! Don't think we need a wheelchair or stroller quite yet, this provides the perfect level of support! My pug has a 25" chest girth and I ordered the medium. I probably could have gotten a small since the straps at the top are adjustable and give you a few inches of slack.

This product is well made and has been a great help for my schnauzer who has nerve damage and has difficulty using one of his back legs. My only complaint and the reason I gave it 4 stars is because the adjustability on it is very limited. Which leaves it a little big on my dog, but it still works okay for walks and is very helpful for going up and down the stairs. It seems comfortable and my dog does not seem bothered by it.

I LOVEEEEE THIS PRODUCT! The seller is AMAZING and is very personable and will work with you to make you as satisfied and happy with the product as much as he possibly can. My dog has cerebellar abiotrophy which is where he can't walk because his brain cells are slowly dying off and he lost functioning in being able to walk so this product really does the trick! It's cheaper and easier than having to buy a wheelchair, I have discovered. Even for a dog with a problem like he has and if he doesn't have it then he is smashing his face into the concrete when going on a walk and banging into walls and flopping around and flipping off of beds and couches, or just trying to walk on his own throughout the house. If it wasn't for this product than he would have no choice whatsoever to have any kind of "independeny" or mobile stability whatsoever. He's not cutting his face anymore into the pavement so, for me, this product is an A+++++++ in my book/rating. It's very supportive and easy to use and I finally have a clean smelling house because my 3 year old Puppy isn't pooping and peeing everywhere anymore because we have this product where he now has the ability to be able to. Well now....this is disappointing. Bought this 5/14/19 to assist a 17 year old dog. First impression was...good. Today...6/10/19, my opinion is..... $24.95, less than a month and a strap breaks? Not so good! Guess I need to get the sewing kit out and hope I can fix it. 😕

I have a 25 lb. blind senior pug, who has just been diagnosed with degenerative myelopathy (kind of like Lou Gehrig's disease in dogs). She's only dragging one hind leg so far, but combined with the blindness it makes our little walks look like we've had a few drinks beforehand.There were a few moments of "what have you wrapped around me?" at first, but five minutes in she didn't care and we were moving along in a straight fashion. I can pull up gently when that numb leg wants to collapse, and she can regain her stride.I purchased the medium, it fits perfectly. I'm 5'4", and adjusted the leash straps to the full length, giving a bit of allowance so I can bend my arm a little.We love it!

I measured before I ordered this, but it's still huge. Too big, too bulky, too many straps and delivered a day late. To try to get our little old blind senior dog into this, is just too much work for her and me. I'll be returning this for something more user friendly.

I felt it put pressure on my dogs stomach. I just didn’t feel right using it. I also feel it is to big, he measured 22 inches around his chest, so it was boarder line with small but I went with the chart and I ordered a medium. It’s a good idea I just don’t think it was executed well.Sorry I need a device to hold up his two back legs while he is relieving himself.I do not think I can send it back as I had tried to use it for several days now, I keep trying patiently.Thank you

This is a nice, well made sling. I have a 25 lb pug & got the medium breed size because of his barrel chest. I should have gotten small size as there was not enough adjustment available to get it to fit him. It would work great if we had gotten the small size which are currently not available.
