Ordered as gift to very good friend. I was pleased with the quality. It is a lovely solid piece and a great size without being too large. It came with a little gift bag which was a nice touch.The service was excellent all round.

Be Careful How You PACK for Return
the product though quite sweet was not as heavy in quality as I expected and I therefore returned it. I did however return it with other items in the large box in which it arrived. The seller has kindly issued a refund but I received an e mail suggesting that it hadn't been returned despite the refund being processed and requesting me to return it. I can only assume that this very small velvet sachet is lodged within the packaging paper within the box in which it was returned and possibly missed by the operative who unpacked it . I have tried to find somewhere to explain this but there seems to be no way other than this to communicate this . I hope that this explains to situation to the retailer.
