Have never used a tens machine before and needed one quickly after being recommended to try it by my midwife. I bought this machine after seeing so many positive reviews however I was still sceptical about it but it left me dismay,I had a baby 4 days ago and this machine helped me through my 1st and 2nd stage of contraction,it could be the mind game but it helped me to divert my pain and helped me bear it.

Never used a tens before did not think it would work. It was for a homebirth baby no 4 fantastic price it really helped me until the last stages of labour can also be used for pelvic floor

Let us down when it was needed most.. during Labour. Luckily we had backup options, maybe ours was a bad unit but surely there should have been some quality control during manufacturing?? Based one our experience, we cannot recommend this machine.

It’s more of a distraction from the pain then killing the pain completely. I used it until dilated for 6cm. Massive help! It’s a shame that I had an emergency Caesarean section. Definitely will use it again next time.
