This is very similar to a Fitbit. Very comfortable and light on my wrist. The screen is bright and clear, and the blacks in the oled are great. It helps the colors really pop. I highly recommended downloading the companion app for your phone. It looks like that’s the only way to change the temperature from Celsius to Fahrenheit.Touch controls are simple. There’s only one area that is touch sensitive. Tap to switch the next app. Hold to select. The blood pressure feature surprised me at how accurate it was. Battery life is amazing and much better than my Apple Watch (1 day vs 1-2 weeks).You can get a lot more watch faces using the app. Time syncs with up with your phone. It can get notifications from your phone, but the screen is too small to be used well that way.

I chose this fitness tracker because I was looking for a more comfortable alternative to my smart watch for monitoring fitness heart rate and sleep, I am very satisfied in both aspects. The AMOLED screen is also great especially for evening and sleep tracking use where you want as little blue light as possible - compared to the smart watch I was using previously, the screen colors are much better. It is very comfortable, especially for wearing during sleep and fitness activities, compared to the smart watch I used previously. The waterproof is also very effective, I got it pretty wet and didn't have any problems. The accuracy and features are the same as my old smart watch, but it's much more comfortable, has a better screen, and is much more affordable. I would recommend it

It’s ok. I had to replace my beloved Fitbit when it became unreliable. In truth, l only care about the time and my steps. But l also liked the reminder to move every hour and knowing how l slept. I can’t get any of this with this thing. Maybe because I can’t get it to verify my email address. Looked repeatedly in my inbox and junk folder and can’t find the code.I also don’t like how l have to press it or shake it or do whatever l have to to get it to at least show the time. I know I’m not used to it yet, but so far I’m not impressed.

This thing is fantastic! I like the customization options for the watch face and that it takes my vitals like heart rate, O2, and blood pressure every 15 minutes. Has been great for tracking sleep as well. Charges fast and holds a charge for over a week even though it’s working 24/7. Lightweight and comfortable enough I don’t even notice it and the screen has held up well to daily use. This thing checked boxes that even the wildly expensive options didn’t and was super affordable.While looking at the app and noticing the times it showed me the physical toll my current job is having on my health in a way I can’t avoid anymore so be warned if you’re afraid of change!If you’re looking for a fitness tracker or just a smart watch with some customization and extra features this is the best I’ve ever owned.

Not very accurate. I wanted this especially to monitor my sleep, I've been using it for about a week and it is very inaccurate. I fell asleep, last night, around 11:00 and woke upI at 5:00 and did go back to sleep around 7:00 a.m. till 8:00. It recorded that I had slept almost 10 hours which was not true. When I was awake at 5 and walking around, sitting and having coffee it recorded me as having REM sleep.

Waterproof? More like water-hazard.‌ Took it off after a swim and found condensation under the screen. Now the buttons are stuck.
