Tenchi Muyo! War on Geminar: The Complete Series [Blu-ray]

Amazon..if I buy things new send it in a box instead of a bag so it DOESNT LOOK USED JESUS.....back to the anime went from GXP to War on Geminar and its like a breath of fresh air, new plots same anime love it.

I love the seres when it came out and I was waiting to get the complete series in one complete set instead of buying two volumes would definitely recommend if you like the Tenchi spin-offs.

One of my all time favorites. Great show amazing story. This box is great to add to any collection.

So first things first. This has no Tenchi or the usual harem of Space ladies your familiar with. It stars Kenshi, Tenchi’s much younger half brother that none of the shows dubs have even gotten to yet. It’s also the furthest down the timeline as Kenshi is a teen himself in this series.The series takes place on a world in another dimension called Geminar. Kenshi is dragged into an assassination plot against the newly crowned Queen Lashara after he was sent to Geminar for reasons unknown to him and initially taken in by a seditious group. He’s also a rare case in this world of being a male capable of piloting the Sacred Mechanoids used for warfare on this world.After being captured by Lashara’s bodyguard, Kenshi is made into one of Lashara’s attendants as she attends what amounts to the Royals Boarding school of Geminar where fellow Royals and Mechamaster pilots are taught.There hijinks ensue as Kenshi is definitely as much of a ladies man as his brother if not more as we find out how growing up in a home with crazy alien women has made him superhuman. As such he becomes the most eligible bachelor around campus attracting the majority of the female cast. Meanwhile Royal politics and back door machinations are leading to a revolution that will spread across Geminar.And of course there is an excessive amount of Cheesecake with the female cast. But I’m down for some Dark Elf ladies. Something about those pointy ears….Anyways, for fans of “Tenchi Muyo!” overall, it’s a tad disappointing not seeing your favorite ladies and luckless guy. But it is an entertaining and fun adventure/ Slice of Life Iesekai. It’s been out for quite a few years at this point and I tend to watch it at least once a year. It’s going to be a tad confusing if your not caught up on the overall anime, and when this was made Kenshi hadn’t even been in the anime yet. But it’s more than enough if you get the gist of him being Tenchi’s kid brother and growing up around the rest of the girls. It’s fun, pleasant on the visuals, and well worth a watch even without the usual cast. A much better side story than GXP was.

This series is Fantastic! love the characters/arcs of the characters and well worth the purchase! If your a tenchi fan this series is well worth it to be in your collection!

Super lustiger Anime

I have watched this many times before on Funimation and enjoyed it every time. So when I saw that some of the older anime was stopping production I wanted to own it myself. Great price for a great show. You can't go wrong.

タイトル『異世界の聖機師物語』ディスク4枚/OVA全13話（1話がTV版2話分）/1080p一般的な国内プレイヤーで再生出来ます（再生環境/SONYの2015年～の最廉価プレイヤー『BDP-S1500』）。タイトルで日本語音声と字幕を《OFF》を選択すれば、後は普通に鑑賞する事が出来ます（北米版には珍しく5.1chです）。映像特典はノンテロップOP&ED・各話ティザームービー等々沢山です。画質に関しては、HD画質ではありますが、SD画質そのままをHDフォーマットしたような感じなので、輪郭がボヤケ気味のSD画質と割り切って購入しましょう。…とは言え、画質が微妙なのは事実なので評価は1つ下げました。画質が微妙なので配信で見るかどうか迷いましたが、天地無用好きで、5000円～6000円代ならばコレクションする価値有りです。レベルカンスト主人公が異世界に飛ばされた先で、学園に通ったり、ロボットを操縦したりしながらハーレムを作る作品です。なお、顔をみればわかるように天地ファミリーの一員でありますので、本作のネタバラシに関しても、OVA版の『天地無用!-第四期-』を見ると全てわかります。

映像が SD からアップコンバートされたような劣化がある、という指摘がありますが、放送当時もこんな感じで線がぼやけた感じ（1920 クラスのシャープな描かれかたはしていなかった）なので、気の所為ではないかと思います。ただ、OP のクレジットが日本語から英語に差し替えられているので、再圧縮されている可能性は否めないかな、と思いました。完全に劣化しているとわかるのは第6話で、キャラの声が歪んでしまっています。まだ第6話までしか見ていないのですが、このあともあるかもしれません。なので、しっかり楽しみたい方にはおすすめできないです。
