Polynesian Seasoning of the Islands of the Pacific Collection by Merchant Spice Co.

Amazing flavor we have never used up a new spice this quickly. We use it on chicken wings along with Japanese mixed pepper seasoning , Coleman's Spicy Szechuan & Chinese Five spice . Best wings ever! We also put it as the main seasoning in our tuna salad . We finished our first order of this Polynesian mix in less than a month. Just ordered another three packets. Will keep ordering this & trying their other mixes. Next order will include the Hawaiian Mix & Hawaiian Pink Salt. They include a small free sample in each order. They have a customer for life with me. I will work my way through most of their entire product line. Yes, I am an avid cook and seasoning freak who usually creates her own mixes.

What a nice blend. Nice smell. If cooking is the spice of life, than this spice must be a cooks dream. I'm definitely digging it. I wish it came in larger packages, and price options. Maybe they'll hear the suggestion? I know I'm not the only one! It reminds me of some very special times. Well done!
