If you swallow a pill it takes about 10 minutes to start acting and it acts well--giving you zest, focus, memory, and activity. I cut my 200 mill. pill in thirds. Try not to overdo it or you might start having halucinations as persons who often overdose on speed do. Have a medical problem? Then first check with your health professional.

Nice pick-me-up for a non-coffee drinker
As someone who does not like the taste of coffee but was wanting a morning boost, I decided to try these pills. I am pleased with the results thus far. They are supplying the pick-me-up I have been needing to keep going during an especially busy period.UPDATE: These pills have been working nicely on the days I need one.

Increased energy with out the crash
I have been working out most of my life. California Essentials Caffeine pills gave me the extra energy to push through my training sessions and I did not crash after. I would definitely recommend this product.

Pills are huge!
These pills are so enormous that they are practically cylindrical shaped. I cannot get them down without pain. Total waste.

This seems to be good quality caffeine so far.- Capsules are easy to swallow- No odd aftertaste or ill effects- Price/Value is very good- Label has GMP stamp and claims 3rd party lab tested (however I haven't seen the COA yet)- Definitely gives a good energy bumpI haven't had any problem taking these, but I'm only giving 4 stars for now until I have a chance to view a COA from the company for this product. If/when I receive that, I'll revise my review accordingly.

Made for life on the go
Like most people . . . I live my life on the go. I try to limit myself to two cups of coffee a day, with no additional caffeine . . . but there are some days a coffee just isn't in the cards and I refuse to drink a high calorie soda or hit the sugar to keep myself going.These are packaged in a standard white plastic bottle with a twist off lid. There is a plastic seal around the cap and a styrofoam/foil seal under the cap so there is tamper protection. These are not capsules but actual white tablets.The first time I took these I found myself more than a little jittery. Course . . . I had taken it on an empty stomach with a cup of water, and not bothered to check the amount of caffeine in them. Dosage is one pill . . . and has 200mg of caffeine. To put that in perspective, that's a little more than two cups of coffee.When I cut them in half I found them to be hard to swallow, similar to taking an uncoated aspirin.The bottle that I received had a blurry label on it so I had to trust that what was posted online is correct. If accurate, this would be a clean and safe option.

These Caffeine Supplements work well for someone that doesn't have time to drink coffee, in the morning. Some mornings, I have no time and these are great for giving me energy and helping me to stay focused on my tasks.These caffeine supplements are made with more natural ingredients and I haven't had any bad side effects, since I started taking them.
