My Z-Coil hiking boots are a dream ... did everyone get that? A DREAM!!! I have bone on bone (osteo arthritis) in both my big toe joints and plantar fascitis in both heels. Nothing has ever helped my pain; my feet ALWAYS feel murderous. Not even expensive orthotics have been much help. These shoes have been a God-send. The other day I stacked a cord of wood and thought to myself later in the day, "Hmmm, everything on me hurts ... EXCEPT my feet." This hasn't happened in a long time. I am going to Europe in two months and I am no longer worried about being the slow coach with all the stops because of pain. I can't tell you how much improvement I have had since buying these. The person who invented these deserves some serious kudos!My one other comment is about the sizing. Because I have arthritis in the toes I have to avoid having them be snug. I first bought a 9, which fit ok, but they didn't feel good on my toes (the heels felt great). So I bought a 10 and put the insert in for a 9 1/2. This did the trick. Now my only problem is that I only have one pair. I will be getting another style pretty soon!If you are having questions about buying them because of expense, view it as an investment. They are well worth the money. As stated earlier, they are a DREAM!

I love these shoes. My boyfriend told me to get them for my back and I was hesitant. I work a labor job and have chronic back pain. This was just the thing to help ease some of the pain. The only thing I would watch out for is the screws that hold the heel in. I have to frequently tighten them.

These boots are a god sent. No more foot pain!

A little hard to walk in at first. But my knee and foot messed up. They did help o and now mostly wearing normal boots again.

Being that I have undergone surgery on my foot for boo spurs, these shoes provided great support for the injury. My knees stopped hurting and the coil provided great spring support when I walk.

These shoes are very heavy to walk in and impede any kind of natural walking motion which makes it hard to enjoy a ramble outside. The shoe itself is only just big enough for me (I bought the correct size) and made of a very hard material so it hurts a little to walk in them. They exacerbated my existing groin and knee issues rather than helping them and made them worse which I'm annoyed about because the brand promotes pain-free walking. Because I am in the UK they were hugely expensive and too expensive to send back as well so I must swallow the cost. I do feel very disappointed.
