Interior width of ear pads is 2 inches, enough to sit around my ears, not on my ears. The ear pads are very soft. Since "noise cancelling" is one of the star-categories in the review above I will say that "noise cancelling" is purely a function of the ear pieces cupping over your ears and blocking out external noise; there is no electronic or active noise cancelling.The headband padding padding at the top of the head phones is 3/4 inch thick in the center, providing ample cushion for the weight of the headphones. The headband does not curve in too sharply towards your head. I've had other headphones where the headband curved so sharply that the earpieces felt like they were pinching my head. These headphones are very comfortable.I use the headphones primarily for video conferencing and I'm told that I am heard clearly. The headphones work equally well with my phone, too. The on-cable volume control and mute-button work just fine. The braided cable is sturdy. The boom mic only rotates from vertical to down on the left side of your head; the boom mic will not rotate in the opposite direction. The boom mic is flexible, and will retain shape for 'minor' adjustments. If you attempt to bend the boom mic significantly it will flex back towards its original shape.If you want quality and function, and don't care about lights or looks like some other models, then this is well worth your money.

I like this headset.I got it to replace my old headphones which, as many of my past headphones have done, in the past had the cord damaged. I went with this one due to its relatively low pricepoint and I enjoy wearing them. They're quite soft and insulating, making them great for those cold morning commutes on the bus (protection against the rough ridges of the windows when I want to take a short nap is a big plus as well).Only thing I will mention is that they are a bit heavier than most headsets, which may take some getting used to, but other than that they're great.They work perfect for gaming and phone use, and it's very nice to have that volume dial right there where I can reach it quicker than the volume buttons on my phone.Do note that I'm not exactly very picky when it comes to sound quality in general, so I have no idea how this stacks up compared to higher end headphones and headsets, but for my purposes the sound quality is just as good as it needs to be, which is quite well considering how nicely the padding blocks everything else out.

For the price I am happy with these. The sound is good and my computer had no problem using the device. Have not tried yet on xbox, if I have any issues there I will update the review. Fits nicely on my head and over my ears.I will note, I would not say these are truly "noise canceling" . The block out a little bit of sound but overall if there is no sound coming through the headphones, I can hear what is going on outside of them.They get loud, but not SUPER loud. For me the range of volume is great but if you're looking to really blast these may not be for you.Update: Microphone is not super great, doesn't pick up me talking very well.

This is a good, sturdy, quality-sounding set of headphones. This headset is a bit on the bulky side, but I got used to it. People have said it's comfortable to wear for long periods of time. Unfortunately, I have not had the same experience, but it's fine if I take a minute break every so often. It favors the bass side of the spectrum, but not overbearing. I use this for streaming online videos, as well as transcription work. I like the bass-favoring when watching videos, but when I need to listen closely to what someone is saying in a loud environment, it's a little tricky to zone in on the higher pitched spectrum. The microphone works well, although it has to be fairly close to my mouth in order for good quality audio to be picked up. It works fine further away, but thankfully it is bendable and putting it close to my mouth is not a problem. Overall very satisfied.

This headset is amazing for $25! the cups fit great over my ears and it is very comfortable. I use this with an Xbox One controller and I have the xbox usb adapter that adds wireless audio to the controller. The PC picks it up right away and my buddies say they can hear me way better than when I had my turtle beach wireless headset. Also, no batteries in this guy so they just run off the controller.Aside from gaming they sound great plugged into a phone. There is a nice long cord, probably about 6' braided fabric and it is nice and thick. It has a volume knob and a mute button for chatting. The mic boom swings up and out of the way as well. Nice deep base, and great surround as well. Just buy them already! haha

Ordered this a few months back. LOVE this brand in general. It's a GREAT headset for when you want something with good specs yet at a affordable price. Personally think things like turtle beach are too pricey to break so fast. I play a lot on both pc and xbox and it works great on both. No crackling, no buzz. Comfortable on my ears. In games where you need to hear what direction enemy footsteps are coming from, I can hear it clearly and know what side it's coming from! this headset is better than their 20 dollar headset as well(bought over a year ago and my kids still use them). But if you're wanting cheap, go with this brand and look for their headset that is roughly 20 dollars.

works well does everything you need it too just don't expect super amazing quality the mic is good enough like standard mics and sounds are good too you can hear footsteps etc in warzone apex halo infinite and mroe good for the money...build quality is very plasticky but it seems like it can handle a few drops on the floor

I bought this pair to use both for gaming and for work, and it's been great. The audio is clear, the microphone picks up sound very well, and the noise cancellation is pretty good - I can still hear some things but usually only if they're right by my head. I have a pair of Dr. Dre headphones that start to really hurt after about two hours of continuous usage, but I am able to wear this set for 3-4 hours straight without any sort of discomfort. For its price, it's truly excellent, to the point I almost want to thank my boss for requesting that I buy a new pair. Highly recommend.

These are awesome! I was expecting a “ nothing special” sort of headset but the sound quality is great.Only thing I don’t like is how chunky they are... I look like I’m going in a helicopter when I wear them

I like the look of the product. However, it is not as comfortable as promoted.

The sound is good. The headband is soft. But the ear muffs are too tight on my head.I will try to stretch them to loosen them up. Hurts my head after a few minutes.

The headset is fantastic. My daughter is super happy with them. My issue is the delivery. The shipping lable was stuck on the outside of the actual product box. No "amazon box" the box was left out in the open at my door but the delivery note on the website says "handed to resident" no one was home at the time of delivery so that's a blatant lie. There's no subsection to ask about this so I'm leaving a heads up to buyers here. The head phones are great, comfortable, sound quality is very good
