I am allergic to quite a few food items, one of them being wheat. Finding a bread without wheat has been a problem. I tried this bread but found it to be very dry. It was hard to pull apart individual slices without tearing it. It was tolerable if I toasted it and put butter on it. There is a mild rye flavor, and overall the flavor is good, just the texture is bad.

Millet AND Rice !!!!!!!
I wanted millet bread, any bread without lectin (no grains, no sugar diet). Sure, rice is listed in ingredients (didn't see that till now) but I wanted Millet bread: see label: "Millet Bread." Now I have to eat my way through 6 loaves...too expensive to throw away. Disappointed.
