Bikeroo Most Comfortable Bike Seat for Seniors – Extra Wide and Padded Bicycle Saddle for Men and Women Comfort – Universal Bike Seat Replacement

I am 83yrs old and enjoy bike riding and this is the seat I have been looking for. I have bought quite a few seats over the years always looking for one I could be comfortable on. Lots of seats claim to be comfortable and even with added gel covers just do not do it. Many of us seniors just do not have the padding on our butts. I have teemed this with a Suntour SP12 suspension seat post and front suspension fork. It smooths out those bumps and ruts in the road. This combined with my newly purchased electric bike, a Rad Power step thru bike makes me a happy rider. I have done a few 12 mile trips with no discomfort to speak of. This was not possible before.

You are purchasing a regular sized cruiser seat. This is not an XL cruiser seat. It is the standard size you find on all cruisers. It is a large seat compared with a mountain bike or road bike only.It is comfortable, but time will tell if it will just deflate in a month or two when the foam breaks in.Still wish they made an XL cruiser seat that is a couple of inches bigger on each side them your behind, but I can find that nowhere.UPDATE - It has been 3 months and the seat has held up well. It is not perfect but I do not think there is anything better out there. I upped my rating to a B+. It has lasted for about 10 miles a day for 3 months and no rips or major issues and I am a large man. I recommend the seat.

67 year old guy here riding an Electra Towne. This seat is much more comfortable than my stock seat. But examine the assembly of nuts and retainers before installing. The knurled bracket pieces were reversed on one side, causing the seat to lean and could not properly tighten the nuts. It's simple to take it apart and reinstall all in the correct order..I used my old seat bracket as an exemplar. Once installed the seat is soft in the right places and the spring suspension works great. If you are trying to decide between this seat and Bikeroo's Oversized Comfort seat, per the company website the owner Peter states that this seat is a newer deign and is actually softer.

I am 200 pounds plus and haven't riddbaen a bike in over 25 years. I cannot say enough about this seat it is exactly the way it is discribed and then some. I know that this type/style of bycycle seat is hard to find in the first place but stop yourlooking around because you are not going to find a more cushiony wide saddle seat in a store or even online.AND there is one just important factor about the co-owner of this small family bussiness. If and i'm sure you will email PETERyou are going to be pleasantly surprised at how helpfull he will be. He will answer every question you have about any of the products he sells and stands behind what he sells. I know that there are many products that are very hard to make that decision about buying them online because there is no in person looking at it and of course no hands on ability to check to see if the product lives up to the hype. A little too big, however it is absolutely the most comfortable bike seat. I have been able to go on two 7 mike rides this week, and haven’t been able to do that in a long time. I got a big booty and wide hips so this seat is perfect for me!! Thanks bikeroo!

I just got this seat today and immediately installed it on my Liv street bike and took it for a ride. I have to say this is the best seat I have tried. The stock seat that came with the bike was not comfortable at all so I then went to our local bike shop and tried the extra padded Selle Royal which was an improvement but still my tailbone was not happy with it. After reading all the reviews plus contacting Bikeroo to get their opinion on which of their seats they would recommend, I purchased this seat and I couldn’t be happier. While my tailbone was still hurting from the previous ride on the other seat I decided to give this one a go in spite of the pain. I really expected not to be able to ride long since my tailbone was aleady hurting, but I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to ride for our usual neighborhood ride with no problem. Even after the ride my tailbone is no more tender than before the ride. I think that in a few days once my tailbone gets over the injury from the previous seat, I will love this seat even more and I will have one happy bum lol. I highly recommend this seat for a comfy ride for all.

Most comfortable aptly describes this product. I have an Electra aluminum body cruiser which came with a rock hard, smallish seat. The Bikeroo seat has improved my rides enormously. Well padded, well made and I now ride without a back ache nor having to adjust my position on the seat while using it. Kudos to Biker for targeting seniors but this seat would be comfortable for any age group. It arrives with a rain cover, all tools and instructions for installation. you can not do better than this.

Definitely what I needed! The seat on my spin bike was narrow and hard, so I tried a gel pad seat cover. Nope that still made it painful to sit and peddle. Thought I would give this a try. Very worth it!!!!! Super comfortable for my fat fanny and made my workout so much nicer! Was able to peddle for a much longer period of time.

Besitze den "Christopeit Ergometer Blue T1", dessen Sattel ich schlicht als Folterwerkzeug für meinen Allerwertesten bezeichnen würde. Hab immer zwei Sitzkissen über den Sattel stapeln müssen, damit ich wenigsten 30min. Training gut über die Bühne bringen konnte. Die Kissen verrutschten auch gerne.Dementsprechend fühle ich mich wie im siebten Himmel, als ich diesen Seniorensattel, in China hergestellt, ausprobieren konnte. Total leicht, locker, beschwerdefrei. Diesen Sattel würde ich jeden Mann, egal ob 18 oder 80 jahre alt empfehlen, welcher seinen Kronjuwelen etwas Gutes tun will. Habe ein sicheres Gefühl auf dem Sattel und habe mein Pensum schon mal auf 45min. erhöht beim Schauen einer schönen Talkshow.Kann den Sattel unbedingt Männlein und Weiblein empfehlen, welche komfortabel grössere Strecken absolvieren wollen, trotz einiger Meckerköppe hier, welche vielleicht gerade Hämorrhoiden hatten.🤣😋

This saddle has really lived up to the hype. It's the MOST COMFORTABLE saddle I have ever had. It's a bit heavier than the normal saddle but that's because it has springs and gel padding. It came with a myriad of fittings and was very easy to secure to my bike. I LOVE the saddle. Thanks guys!

Ein super,klasse Fahrradsitz. Schön große Sitzfläche und vor allem sehr weich und bequem. Preislich hoch angesetzt, ist sein Geld aber wert. Hilft mir nach einer Prostata Entfernung wieder aufs Fahrrad! Echt super Sattel.

der Fahrradsitz ließ sich ganz einfach an der vorhandenen Halterung an meinem neuen Fahrrad montieren. Der Sitz ist super-bequem. Im Baumarkt habe ich jetzt einen ähnlichen Sitz zu einem günstigeren Preis gesehen, ob es die selbe Qualität ist kann ich nicht sagen. Ich bin sehr zufrieden.

very comfortable and reasonably-priced saddle, as good as many others costing much more. Having suffered from a back injury for several years, I find this saddle comfortable enough for me to ride without the severe pain that I was getting in the lower back and backside when riding with my old saddle. I would definitely recommend this product!

ich habe schon einige Sättel ausprobiert. Nach 10 km konnte ich auf keinem mehr richtig sitzen. Dieser Sattel hat wirklich die Wende gebracht. Anfangs etwas ungewohnt. Ich dachte immer er ist nicht richtig festgeschraubt weil man ein bisschen "schwimmt". Aber ich möchte ihn nicht mehr missen. So machen die Fahrradtouren richtig Spaß.

Ich habe jetzt die zweite Tour von 45 KM mit diesem Sattel gemacht und muss sagen TOLL. Mir tut mein Hintern und mein Steißbein nicht mehr weh.Ich habe den Sattel jetzt schon für meinen Mann bestellt damit er auch so bequem sitzen kann.Kann den Sattel jeden Radler empfehlen

Well made and very comfortable. Springs give a very comfortable ride but constantly squeak and creak on anything but the smoothest of roads so be prepared for some odd looks ...

Nachdem meine beiden letzten Sättel von Selle Royal nach ca. 2 Jahren aufplatzten (beide an der gleichen Stelle) und das Gel austrat, hatte ich keine Lust mehr auf einen 3.Sattel von dieser Firma. Auf der Suche im Internet traf ich auf diesen Sattel. Er ist mit 41 € nicht gerade ein Schnäppchen, aber dafür wirkt er sehr solide verarbeitet und man sitzt super bequem darauf. Wenn er jetzt noch eine lange Lebensdauer hat ist er auf alle Fälle sein Geld wert.
