I am very pleased that this product works the same as the original. I was given a used Velbon tripod that was missing the mounting plate. The tripod is a quality product smooth pan and tilt function. I came across this product that I thought would work. This product works as well as the original. I highly recommend this product.

It’s good compatible with tripod
I lost the plate so I ordered this one. Quality is good the only problem is I can’t make it tight enough to the tripod

Can't Securely Mount to Camera Thread
It's cheap, but it's also built cheap. I couldn't get a strong grip mounting this to the camera threads which meant the camera was moving on the tripod.Might be better to just pay more and get the original.

Perfect fit and replacement for my velbon 368 tripod
I had this velbon 368 video tripod that my brother in law gave to me, but it was missing the quick release adaptor. Found this one at a great price, locks and fits perfectly on my tripod head. Now I have a very complete tripod to use for years to come.

Ne fit pas sur un Velbon C-500
J’ai un Velbon C-500 et j’en ai perdu la plaque. J’ai essayé de connaitre les dimensions de cette plaque pour la commander. Mais Amazon donnait juste les dimensions du paquet. Comme il était écrit qu’elle fittait sur un Velbon C-600, j’ai pris une chance de la commander. Beaucoup trop grande, complètement inutile. Mais les conditions de retour sans frais étaient excellentes et le personnel très gentil.
