Really Nice Fan/Light For the Money
Installation was easy (since i simply replaced an existing light fixture). I used the shortest install rod of 2". This keeps the fan close to the ceiling. The negative to that is that air flow into the top of the fan can be impeaded but i dont use the highest speed anyway so it works just fine.I bought it from the Amazon Warehouse (looked brand new when i opened the box) at half the cost of a new one so you cant beat the pricing. So all in all, very satisfied with the purchase.

Excellent fan, simple install (with great instructions)
The fan works very well, with 4 speed settings and near-continuous dimming on the light. Not too loud at highest speed. Instructions are also excellent, making install quick and easy (kit includes more spare widgets than needed). Purchased "certified refurbished" from FrugalFairDeals for $100 off (appeared to be new in originally packaging).

Works Great
It would be much easier to assemble the blades and light kit on a bench then hang it. Plenty of room to wire up since there are only 3 blades. Light is bright and fan is QUIET .

There were parts missing. Great value but not without problems. No pain - no gain!
It would be very productive if those supposedly, inspecting the items before they are sent out, checked them. Other than that, it is a great looking fan! Great Value!
