This stuff really works. Lately, I have been sad for no reason and finding it really hard to get out of bed. I was thinking of going to seek professional help because I'm afraid I have been suffering from depression. Before I set any appointments, I tried this product and I can't believe how much had changed. I have been only taking it for a week and my mood has completely changed for the better. I'm glad I can take this vitamin as an alternative to what a doctor would have prescribed. Highly recommended

Works pretty well but you have to take more than root only extract! This was a little misleading because on the back of the bottle it states that it's the entire plant not root only.

This helps me not to crave alcohol the next day after the party lol. Also, keeps me calm and relaxed. However, I only take 1 pill as my blood pressure is low. One time I took 2 and I didn't feel so good afterwards.. ashwagandha tends to lower blood pressure

Easy to consume. Noticed a change in my ability to focus better and keep calm throughout the day. Did not notice any side effects of taking this supplement daily. Would highly recommend it to others!
