Molton Brown Single Wick Candle

I love Molton Brown’s other products, from their body wash to shampoo to deodorant. Their fragrances are unique, complex and robust. But not this time. The cinnamon is too forward, making the candle too much like any number of less expensive “cinnamon spice” candles that assault our senses at store counters each fall. The product was also poorly packed in a padded envelope rather than a shipping box, damaging the original packaging box the product comes in enough that I could not use it for the gift it was intended to be.

The smell and length of time this candle last is amazing.

Molton Brown candles are the best!

We have been having Milton Brown candles and defussers for years. We mostly buy direct from Milton Brown but sometimes Amazon is cheaper and faster.Anyway, their products are usually high quality but sometimes there is just no scent in them. This is the case with this candle - when it’s not lit you can smell it, but when burning nothing. Nothing at all.So, buyer beware.

Not What It Seems it does not smell wonderfulso buy beware

I love molton brown as a company and the rhubarb one is my favourite scent, I love the oil version, or the body lotion and shower gel. But the candle I did not find that great. I had it for a month now and it does not smell of anything anymore, but even before, it's very smokey when lit, can smell anything but smoke and burning of the wick. And compared to the Reed defuser, I can't smell it at all in the tiny bathroom where I keep it. There are much better products from the brand. This one, not so much

I was sitting here enjoying my evening along with the lively smell of this candle to then hear a almighty smash to realises three quarters on the candle jar had smashed from the heat of the candel flame causing shards of glass flying all over the room!! For a product at this price I really didn’t expect that... maybe I received a faulty one however this could have caused a lot more damage!

I bought this as a gift for my sister as I couldnt find stock of the usual candles we like. She has nearly finished it and there is no scent from the candle at all. For such an expensive candle you're clearly buying the name and not the actual quality of candle. Advice...do not purchase this unless its for show!

Lovely smelling candle - made a fantastic gift!

This candle seriously smells SO delicious and fresh and fruity, without being overpowering and sickly. It's mostly a fresh rhubarb smell with undertones of rose. Great scent throw as well.
