Saw this item the first time on a shopping channel ,heard it curbs the appetite .I am doing intermittent fasting (and losing weight) thought this may be a good alternative to having black coffee ,am not a fan of that need a cup of coffee.Saw the unflavored being offered on PRIME DAY so thought would give it a try. Glad it was the unflavored as I am not that much for sweet coffee, this just makes it creamy and helps me to go longer in my intermittent fasting window.Does take away cravings anything till my first meal of the day.Hope to see more PRIME offers of this product as would get it faster then the shopping channels offers.

Like everything about this product. I use in my coffee and it gives me energy and helps me to keep from getting hungry. It mixes easily and I don’t need creamer. I use the unflavored so I only taste my coffee.

I am having the unflavored in my morning coffee and it taste fine and does keep me full longer but it is hard to desolve in my coffee I have to keep stirring it for awhile and still I have to pick out some clumps. I am not sure if it will help me lose weight but it does hold me off of having breakfast early r at all and not eat as much.

This was my first time using this product and I am happy I ordered it. It blended nicely with a wisk. I bought the unflavored and mixed it in with my morning coffee. It made it creamy, with no added flavor at all.

I get the unflavored variety bc it doesn't change the taste of my morning coffee. Even though this is 'unflavored', I have tried other unflavored brands, and it is missing something. Perhaps the 'creamy' taste that is part of the unflavored choice? I have tried a brand with 100% c8, bc c8 is the most advantageous. But the unflavored 'taste' was missing, the creamy taste that you get with adding cream to your coffee, although this is lactose free. All I can say, I'm back to this brand despite it is not 100% c8. I just like this best in my morning coffee. I start my day with this MCT powder as a keto jumpstart. I have ordered this 2x already and plan to continue buying this brand.

I bought unflavored so I could add to my morning smoothie which I make with strawberries, unflavored whole milk yogurt and Stevia. Sometimes I add blueberries.It’s fantastic and a great start to my day!Only wish they would extend free shipping!

I use this in my hot coffee and blend it either with the blender or a milk frother and it blends beautifully and tastes creamy. It is unflavored but the creaminess is nice! I’ve ordered it several times.

Unknown to the consumer (lack of any notification on the container) there are several very small, white pillow pads packed into the container. The small size and very similar color to the powder make them indistinguishable from the powder.Furthermore, the tiny packet is easily imbedded into the plastic scoop along with the powder as it is scooped out leading to possible consumption of the pillow packet. Thus, there is a much greater chance of the consumer ingesting the packet as they are making a smoothie or overnight oats. These packets need to be replaced by something that is safe. Bases upon the above, I don’t recommend this product.

Love this product. Second purchase, I didn’t review the first one as I ordered unflavoured but received coconut which I didn’t like. This time I got unflavoured, it’s great, mixes great with my morning coffee, really creamy, and it seems to be clean keto judging from the ingredients, and predominantly C8 75%. Will buy again 👍👍

Using this product in coffee and it's better than I expected. My coffee tastes as though I've put cream in it and looks like I have too.
