Ok, not fancy as much as fun. I bought it to wear at an Oscar party.It's a toy-ish headband so a little pricey for that. However, I expected it to be costume wear so it was fine by me.I'm perfectly happy with the purchase.

Perfect for High Tea Party
This fascinator was perfect for the Tea Party Fundraiser I attended. I have very short, fine hair, so the headband worked beautifully. It was comfortable all afternoon. I was told I had the best hat! For $13, you can't beat it!

Beautiful fascinator! I had a tremendous amount of compliments from high class women.
The head band pinched a little but I adjusted it further back on my head away from my ears and it was fine. If you clip some of your hair in the hairpin, it will stay in place. I had a tremendous amount of compliments and it is a beautifully made piece that looks very classy.
