I love the Terra Origin Gut Powder so I thought I would add these capsules. I don't notice anything with the capsules. I do love the Gut Powder and will continue to purchase it! It's helped me so much with stomach issues.

Honestly I think it worked. I got sick the first time, then it's been a thing that almost wanted me to quit smoking or something. I don't still get sick taking it, though feel cleansed after ward.

I opened my package today, the items all seem fine, the tamper evident seal is in tact., but the freshness seal was not intact. seems like a manufacturing defect.

This is good for people who don't have GI problems. I wanted it to work for my stomach and my skin but it just wasn't strong enough.
