Tasty popcorn kernels ready for popping
There seems to be loads of this type of popcorn kernels available on Amazon. Very mixed reviews on a lot, so took a chance on this, and first bowl we made was great. Almost all popped, taste was pretty good.Popcorn kernels can be half the price of this in the supermarket but none of my local shops had any, nor several larger supermarkets. You can obviously buy it ready-popped but it's more fun to make with my kids like this.

No instructions but nice popcorn!!
Everything about the corn, where it's from, the manufacturer, the weight, ingredients, origin, and more spurious information adorn the packet, but no instructions how to actually cook the stuff, ie make it into popcorn! Maybe I'm missing a trick, maybe it's supposed to be part of the blueprint of every human being that we should know how to change corn into popcorn? Alas, although I am very good at cooking I do not know how to cook popcorn from corn! Google saved the day and found me a recipe online! Once I'd sorted the basics the production line was in gear and we were enjoying the experience of fresh popcorn! :-D
