Anti Snoring Device

The media could not be loaded. At first I thought this snore guard would be great. It is smaller than others and I liked the top “hinge” design. However, the adjustments on the side do not stay in place overnight. I go to bed with a +2 on the bottom and wake up to it being at 0 or less in the morning. I wake up to a sore throat and feel less rested. I bought 2 and this issue occurred with BOTH of them. I followed all instructions when forming them. The design is defective and is not strong enough to hold the jaw in place against resistance.I have used countless snore guards of similar design over the years and am use to the jaw adjustment type. I am not a newbie complaining about a sore jaw or teeth, that comes with the territory when first using these devices. When I called the support # it was unavailable and this item is none refundable. So save some money and buy another anti-snore device, this one isn’t it.

I was a little skeptical about this product but decided to give it a try. I downloaded the snore app and checked with out the mouth piece in and was at 133 snores, then checked it again with the mouth piece in the next night. It was down to only 7. It is comfortable when you get it fitted correctly. I am very happy with the purchase. Their customer service is awesome too.

I am trying to find an over the counter sleep aid to combat my snoring before I spend the 3,500 my dentist wants for his sleep appliance. This one absolutely stops the snoring - the problem is I can not close my lips around the device at night. This seem to be "by design" as there is an additional notch at the top front that would prevent your lips from sealing if you were able to get them around the device in the first place (which I can not). Because of this I wake up with an aching dry mouth - and the tip of my tongue is very sore and dried out in the morning. I can only assume these mucous membranes that are supposed to remain wet drying out over night is not a good thing for your mouth in general. I can put lip balm on my lips and try to seal the lower lip to the top plate, but this still does not seal the mouth and I wake up sore, dry and extremely uncomfortable. This device works but the other effects are making it such that I have to abandon it and try something else - unfortunately.

It helped keep me from snoring from what my girl said, but it's way too uncomfortable to try to sleep with it in your mouth all night. It's uncomfortable. I couldn't swallow, and my mouth was just full of saliva. I don't think I can get used to wearing this all night. I couldn't even close my lips. And most of the thing is hard plastic. So uncomfortable i wanted my $ back. I didn't get it so keep that in mind also

The product is exactly what it says it is, however at night when your saliva gets in between the teeth molds it becomes loose in your mouth. It is not a good feeling to wake up bewildered and have a piece of plastic partially down your throat. Remolding the piece will only work for a little while, then it will again fall in the back of your throat. I would not recommend this product or any similar products. A CPAP machine is truly the answer.

Finally got my husband to try this & I am so happy… but he’s not. Lol. It WORKS! I slept peacefully next to him, but it was really uncomfortable for him. He said it hurts his teeth/jaw & makes him drool all night. He ended up taking it out without even realizing it sometime early in the morning.
