It includes 20% Pistol Perennial Ryegrass, 12.5% Gulf Annual Ryegrass, 7.5% Oracle Fine Fescue, 5% Shadow III Chewing Fescue, 2.5% Wildhorse Kentucky Bluegrass, and 2.5% Abbey Kentucky Bluegrass, plus 50% ZEBA Coating, which helps the seeds to absorb 2x more water than uncoated seeds.
