Okay, let me start by saying I have some OCD issues that caused me to take longer than, I think a different person would have taken to apply this. 1) I ordered this on Tuesday to receive it Thursday night. Love it! 2) Figuring out how to make the lines look straight took me the longest amount of time. Probably an hour. Until I realized that the way the pattern is, it won’t allow for straight lines horizontally or vertically. Which actually made it easier for me. And easier for me to look at daily because I don’t see any errors. 3) Once I figured that out, it was pretty quick. I peeled off the plastic backing, sprayed both the glass and the window side of the film with soapy water and slapped it up on my patio door window. It’s almost floor to ceiling. 4) I cut the noticeable extra off while I worked out how to get the cuts exact. 5) I used a shower squeegee. I recommend using an actual squeegee rather than a credit card. I squeegeed the air bubbles out easily and used a towel to wipe up the excess soapy water that came out. 6) To make the final cut: I used the metal ruler (provided in package) and pressed the film up to the edges and used the exacto knife (also provided) to cut the sides and top and bottom. 7) I wiped down the door with a towel again to clean up the water.That was it! It took about 2 hours total.I love how beautiful it is and how it looks different in every light that comes in. I also like how they sent the tools you need with it. 1) microfiber cloth for the final cleaning of the glass before you spray the film.2) ruler. For making exact cuts if needed.3) Exacto knife. You really can’t get away applying this without one of these unless the area you want to cover is bigger than the film.I’m totally buying another one. Worth every penny. I love how no one can see in unless their face is on the window and how beautiful it looks and the compliments I get. I’ve had it on for a month now from June to July. Handled 110 degree temps just fine. We’ll see how it goes this winter. I liked it so much I posted a video review online.Update: 12/10/2020: this has lastedThrough all the seasons and there is not one problem with it at all. No lifting, no turning colors. It looks like it did when I put it on in July 2018. And I still get compliments. If you’re thinking of buying it, do it!

I used this for an interesting purpose. At work we have cubicles with glass walls. This really limits visual privacy (which is necessary for my job). I used this to create a nice barrier between me and those around me. This protects the security of the information I review as well as keeping the eye from wandering to the computer of the person in front o me. It really is beautiful in person. I like that it allow light in and obscured vision but I can still see if someone is approaching my desk. It was incredibly easy to install and I can remove it and take it with me should I change desks.

I really liked this adhesive-free vinyl film for our hallway door. I used it on a clear glass hallway door that required privacy to a bedroom area and I paired it with a full blackout film on the opposite side of the glass. The effect is really pretty with only light reflecting from the room where the decorative film is applied. No light coming through from the opposite side. Everyone who sees it compliments us on it and asks where we got the door. They can't even tell that it is an overlay of film. It looks like it is the glass itself.It was easy to install but really helps if you have a second person to assist in the initial removal of backing and spraying.Follow the directions EXACTLY and spray far more soapy water on the window and film than you think you will need. We had ours completely dripping with water and then squeegied the bubbles and water out to the sides. There is a little squeegie included in the box and a fine metal ruler to use for cutting a straight line.We have had it up on the door for 2 months and it is still completely affixed to the door. No signs of slipping or coming off.

It looks great, a lot of privacy but it was a bit difficult to put it. You have to put a lot of windex first. I cut the extra first and then i put it. After I have it paste it I cut the extra to avoid bubbles. You still can see some bubbles but since it has a design you have to get closer. I bought two big rolls and it was perfect for my sliding door. I hope it last for a long time.

Looks great. Easy to apply to virtually any window. BE ADVISED: make sure to order the appropriate length required for your window(s) opening. Very private while still allowing natural light in and who doesnt want to save on energy? Works great, and there's a lot of it, I covered 2 large windows, and the section of a third that people could see into. It has a smell for a few days, but that goes away, and it was super easy to put in. I fiddled around on the first one, and it wasn't a problem that i removed it and moved it around a few times. I bought the small squares pattern, and you cant see through it from outside (at night with inside lights on), just vague shapes.

Material is thick compared to Rab***. However this particular item is very see through so I used them as double layers. Package includes a cutting knife and microfiber cloth. Installation very easy. It stayed flat after enrolled. I used a drop of instant glue 4 corners just be sure it doesnt enroll from windows

Cleaned the windows with Windex, soap, vinegar, name it. Soaked it with soapy water till it was dripping down my pants. The damn thing won't stick more than a few minutes, which never been a problem with other brands. Unfortunately the pattern I wanted is only made by this company. Ended taping all around with clear packing tape; it holds up, but puffs here and there, and I have to remove everything and reinstall every 3-4 months when it gets too ugly. I'm keeping it cuz I love the overall look but I will never purchase again.
