Flower essences can be highly effective for many folks. Not sure if they work for everyone. If you are somewhat, or highly sensitive, and perscription meds are just too much for you either physically and/or emotionally, flower essences might be excellent for you! I always get immediate results. Recommend topical application: 2 to 4 drops, 2 to 4 times a day. Larch helps me with self confidence, in general, or when I am in a bit of a funk and feeeling not so great about myself. Just perks my whole system up. I purchased New Bach Flower Body Maps: Treatment by Topical Application from Amazon and it is fantastic for pinpointing the best locations for for application. That method works faster for me, and freinds, than putting drops in drinking water.

I purchased this to calm down my 4 female cat household. The oldest never liked any other cat while the youngest was picked on by all. The 2 remaining were constantly fighting for the dominant role which resulted in one spraying her territory while the other combated her sprays by leaving both puddles and droppings by her sprays. I tried both rubbing this on all of their fur in addition to adding to their daily water but I really did not see any difference at all. I was sad because I was really hopeful that this would help my girls get along, but it didn't. What ended up working for me was to use a diffuser that sprays friendly pheromones into the air.

Once I saw this on Dr Oz I decided that I would spend the 10 bucks and try it out. I am in love with this product. I have some anxiety issues especially in stressful situations. I put about five drops under my tongue and it works almost instantly (at least for me.) I bought mine two months ago, I use it almost every day and I haven't even used a quarter of the vile. I recommend this to anyone will stress and anxiety that they can’t seem to overcome.

I've only been using this for about 2 weeks now, but I do notice a difference. It's very subtle, gradual. I think that's because I read the dosage instructions wrong and have actually been taking less than was recommended (which I have corrected). However, it is helping a bit and I think that over time it will help even more. I'm a very strong supporter of herbal remedies and I definitely feel like this is a great alternative to taking mood stabilizers, antidepressants and the like.

I think I can tell when I take Larch and when I don't. I don't hesitate as much to make a decision and I have more confidence to do the things I used to be afraid to try.

I got this for my two cats who spray. It seems to have helped a little. I think I need to give it to them for a longer time and it will help more.

I love Bach remedies. I am trying to go all natural I.e. No western meds. I have severe arthritis and possibly Fibromialgia but I have chosen not to get it diagnosed mainly because I will never take the recommended prescription drugs. So I use herbs, flower and homeopathic remedies.
