LaLaMe ORGANIC Baby Lounger for Newborn – Water-Resistant Organic Cotton - Baby Nest for Infant Boys and Girls - Great for Baby Shower

This product has not been tried by my baby yet, so this is only a review reflective my experience so far (Mom).I was searching for a 100% cotton, organic and comfortable alternative to the other expensive baby lounger options (the more hyped ones) and I believe the LaLaMe one is the one! I already washed it in preparation for our baby's birth and was positively surprised the product looks exactly the same (shape in tact etc.) after washing - fyi you wash the whole lounger, which is very convenient.The fabric is soft but sturdy (for the baby to have a safe "hold" when it is in (hopefully). The company even sends you a free burb cloth after purchase and is very "personal" about your experience.It is great size (same as the standard other baby lounger of the same style) and even comes in a nice bag that you can carry it in (wonderful for traveling/storing).I hope I baby will be happy with his new lounger as I am so far!

I bought one for my first grandchild. My daughter-in-law uses it all the time, at home and when visiting. My grandchild is now a one year old and still uses it. I am buying another one for my second grandchild on the way.

I just had my baby and we were coed sleeping however I didn’t have a bassinet or any kind of Sleeping bed for my baby. I soon realized I am in desperate need for this after much research and Amazon and comparing prices I came to purchase thisLikes:- baby likes it baby sleeps in it that’s a win-win for me-It’s easy to move it around- The bag that it comes in it’s very easy to put the bed inside that bag and just put it in your car and take it with you for example I always have to take it to grandmas- I actually just ended up buying a second one because I’m going so often to her grandmas I might as will just keep one there- I did wash it first time after two months and no issues- I just have a habit of putting a soft cloth over it so that I can change it as soon as I feel it got so wet or dirtyI can’t really think of any dislike....Also, I bought the baby arch from Amazon just a few days ago and she’s really enjoying it.My baby grew out in 5 months. But was well worth the money!!!

So far we are very happy with the lalame lounger. My only wish is that it did come with some sort of removable cover or maybe a removeable insert on the outside not inside. We have washed it twice and it has held up well but it’s a little bit of a hassle to wash the entire unit and take it apart each time. Being able to switch out a cover would save on time and allow fewer washes of the entire lounger so frequently.If you were traveling and there was a leak or mess you would only be able to wipe the lounger clean, if there is no washing machine available. For this reason alone a cover would be worth it. We have a mat we use to help with this but a custom made cover that fits snuggly would be better!

Wow. Second time mom but with 7.5 years between my babies so I felt new all over again. So did the major sleep deprivation AND nursing this time around which changes the entire game.I was MAYBE getting 2 hours between feeds, which for me meant 1/2 hour because time nursing, getting him down and falling back to sleep myself. Aside from that, and as much as I completely understand why bassinets are made empty, they’re extremely uncomfortable. I would not want to ever sleep on an open, hard surface, nor would my baby apparently.Two nights in with this thing and we’re at 5+ hours of sleep. That being said, we have a Snuza Hero breathing monitor on his diaper in case God forbid his face gets close to the sides. Unless he turns his heads completely flat to one side though it’s above the height of the side cushions anyways. Can’t be too cautious.Buy it. Try it. It’s a blessing in a semi expensive but not as expensive as the name brand pillow.

We were hesitant to spend so much money on such a simple product. Sometimes it feels like companies are robbing parents because they know they are sleep deprived and desperate. That is why we went with this product versus some of its name brand competitors (they are just so expensive!). Even though the price is still a bit high, it was much more reasonable.Works great for our baby. I say that because you find out quickly that what works for one baby, might not work for another. He does not particularly like sleeping on his back, in fact he really will only sleep on his tummy. Once we got this bed, everything changed. He feels secure and more comfortable to sleep on his back. I won't pretend it was a magic solution that worked instantly. It took some time for him to get used to, but we are very happy with it.

My daughter lives in a small apartment. It's hard for her to move the bassinet around while she's doing housework, etc. This has been a Godsend. It's light weight but sturdy. You can tie it tighter for when the babies are newborn. She had a c-section and was able to have the baby in the bed at first. It also kept her and her husband from rolling over on the baby. The baby seemed comforted almost like she was being held when we tied it tighter and tucked her in. It can be used in a bassinet, on the couch, the floor, when traveling, etc. Very well worth the money and easy to unzip and wash.
