I bought this for my husband and he absolutely loves it. Size is adjustable. Fits very well and is very durable

I haven't actually worn this myself, but my neighbor Mark borrowed it and one undeniable fact has me assuming that this is a nice, comfortable, and functional kilt - my goldfish are still alive. You see, Mark lives right behind me. And he borrowed this kilt a year ago and then returned it way way later. I can ONLY assume that he not only loved it as he continued to wear it nightly, twirling around in front of his south-facing, uncurtained, kitchen window, enjoying the freedom and jubilation this kilt offered while delaying it's return as long as possible. And then when he did return it, it wasn't coupled with the mysterious and coincidental death of the golden occupants of my front-yard pond, which he most certainly would have facilitated if he were unhappy with it. So long story short, this seems like a decent kilt.

I just want to say that this is nearly a GREAT kilt. The combination of the sport kilt style (like a Utilikilt) with the traditional tartan inside pleats is great. The material is a bit light wight (both the twill body and the acrylic tartan inserts) but should hold up long-term. That lighter weight is better in warmer climates where - well - it can get a bit warm under most kilts.The not-so-great is the sewing of the tartan inserts to the twill fabric is that the thread (or whatever) is a bit coarse and "poke" - so it's can be a bit scratchy against your skin. I've worn it once and just washed it so this may be all that is needed; not sure yet.And there are no tags beyond the size tag - so the type of fabric is unknown, care instructions are unknown. After a wash (cool water), the pleats are not as well formed and so you will have to iron or press the pleats again.You've got a few decent snaps and the side buckles/belts to adjust the fit. And there are the belt loops for wearing a belt. There are also some extra hooks all the way around for carrying a sporran, hooking keys, using suspenders, whatever.One other thing - the aprons (inner & outer) are a bit narrow so it could be a bit "flashy" to wear, if you're not careful. You'll probably want to invest in a kilt pin to keep those apron sections together - unless you're looking to flash anybody in the near vicinity.

It is nice and heavy duty. It is a little wrinkly out of the package, but it fits great and I love it. It was delivered sooner than expected.

So I wear 30 sized blue jeans, and I ordered 32 size red tartan kilt, it fits amazing! I'm sure that a 32 sized kilt would fit people who wear blue jeans in 30-32, I mean you can adjust the sizing of the kilt with the snaps it has. I'm very happy with my purchase!!! Best kilt ever! The trick is to measure your belly by the bellybutton, that's where you know what size to get, do not measure your regular waist, or jeans!!! it's by the bellybutton.

This is the second kilt I have purchased for my husband from this company. He also has the hybrid in red. This kilt is well made, and simply gorgeous!! The green is vibrant and it is a true black. They are very comfortable to wear to work (my hubby does 12-16 hour days outside) and they can be paired with a button up shirt to wear to a formal event.I did have to deal with the company when Amazon had a shipping error with the red kilt. They took care of the issue in one day, even though it was not their issue to fix. I can't say enough good things about their service.100% recommend this product.

I like the kilt overall. I measured at 44.5 inches and there was no 45 so i ordered the 46. At the tightest setting it just fits. I should have went with the 44. There are a number of adjustments possible with the kilt allowing up and down adjustments.It seems like it's built well. I wore it half a day yesterday and received a few compliments on its the way it looks. A belt helps. Overall, i'd buy it again, just in a different size.

As you can see in the picture seams started to fray just in the first few months. I like the look and feel but the quality is crap.

The kilt came very quickly so points for speed. It fit very well and looks amazing...now for the few disappointments...first of all the kilt is not exactly as shown in the ad, the double buttoned pockets are actually only a single button (shown in the picture I sent) and the straps are not at all the same quality as is shown in the ad photos. Now as for the material it is quite a bit thinner and lighter than another similar kilt I purchased but it does the job. My main gripe is that if the photos the company shows in the ads do not match the actual product shown then this can cause trust issues, other than that I'm pretty happy with the product.
