For the price, I was very pleased with this product. Nice sound quality (albeit low). Comfortable and well made. Mic works well. No problems communicating with others. I was quite pleased...until I came upon one major issue. I noticed the braided material around the jack that plugs in to the controller had broken apart to the point where the wire was nearly exposed. This means there is no protection and it will likely break in the not so distant future. I had only used the headset four or five times, and I was never rough with it, always cautious. Now I have put a piece of tape around the area, and I would really like a new product from the company. I don't want to say negative things; I enjoy the headset. But I would like to get what I paid for. Then I will up my rating.

With any item in the "technology" section you get what you pay for. This headset, for a wired headset, is an amazing value.The good:First things first: The sound is impressive. There is a volume control so you don't have to grab a television remote (or exit gaming mode on a PC) to change the volume.Microphone works perfectly. I tried this out on Facebook video chat and was able to be heard without issue. The call sounded crisp and I was easy to understand to the person on the other end. I would definitely try this brand's wireless headset should they ever decide to make one available on the market. This purchase is hands down the best bang for my buck I've enjoyed on a wired headset.The ear pads on this headset make it comfortable for long periods of use.The bad:There is no mute button if you don't want to be heard.5 out of 5 stars.

Bought 2 of these for my grandchildren, one who uses his for his Xbox one and the other for her phone and computer. Both grandchildren love them. Have bought other brands but they gave out in less than a week, these worked straight from the box and are still working. Only thing I didn't like was the one for the grandchild on his Xbox the leds won't come on because the cord isn't long enough to plug it into his Xbox but that is no problem at all. The Leds to work because we tried them both on the computer. Would recommend the ONIKUMA Gaming Headset very highly.

So far they are the best headset I have owned. Sound is awesome, makes you feel like your on the battlefield. Sometimes I think someone is trying to sneak behind me. I would recommend this headset to everyone. Comes with attachments for xbox, PC, and of coarse PS4. It also has a volume control, and mute switch.

The headphones worked well for a few months. Then the microphone started working intermittently. The cord was fraying. The cord frayed completely and the headphones don’t work at all. The company has not responded to our inquiries for a warranty replacement.

Great sound quality.. they work great with my computer.. a tip for anyone who is having issues with a Mac recognizing the microphone. You have to turn the mic off before plugging it in and that would do the trick

Bought this for our son, and he LOVES THEM!!! He says they fit really good, better than any we have purchased, and they are of MUCH BETTER QUALITY!!! I highly recommend them.

Note that the sound does not work using USB port. USB port is only for power to the lights
