500 Mixed Date Wheat Cents by US Mint

Package arrived on time. I am new to collecting, so it was a lot of fun to go through the coins in the package. There were actually 513 wheat pennies, one very nice 1900 Indian Head penny (the most exciting find of the entire package), and a small bag marked "Bonus" with a nice 1930 Buffalo nickel.This filled in some missing dates/mints for me, but there was only 9 coins dated before 1940, which was a disappointment. Of those 9, the earliest was a couple of 1919's, which were in good shape. There was almost 50 of the 1956 D pennies, just by themselves.Overall, I am satisfied with the price I paid, but with so few early coins, I probably won't buy it again, since I now have 50 or 60 each of some of the later years, and that's the primary focus of this package.

I got a good assortment of Pennies from 1911 to 1958. I got a few pennies in the teens, 20's, 30's, and lots in the 40's and 50's(I also got a 1964 penny). Out of all the coins I received I found one that wasn't readable and all the rest were in good condition. I think it is a little over priced for all the coins you get but overall I'm quite pleased with all the coins I got.

ARRIVED IN GOOD TIME AND WELL PACKAGED. "BUT" THE SELECTION WAS NOT WHAT I EXPECTED. THE HIGHLITE OF THE WHOLE PICK WAS (1) 1917 (1) 1918 (5) STEELS AND (5) 1929 S THE REST WERE ALL 40'S AND 50'S. NOT HAPPY BUT I GAVE FOUR STARS FOR THE (2) TEENS WHICH I NEEDED.NOT WORTH $100.00. BUT IT IS WHAT IT IS.

Bought a bag, hoping to have fun searching wheats and that's exactly what happened. Thanks! Order arrived far ahead of stated delivery window, which was great. In a nutshell, 9 teens, 20 twenties, 40 thirties, 10 43 steels, the rest 40s/50s including a beautiful 1927 with great detail on both sides! And though I haven't reviewed all the 40s yet, I did see many in very nice condition. Just finished going through the 50s and there's at least 1 sample for all years for Denver/Philadelphia mints plus 5 from SF. Nice spread! To be fair, there's a few that have junk on them, but which bag doesn't? ~70 wheaties in 10s/20s/30s is about 15% of the bag. Would I buy again? Yes, just placed another order - I'll go on this ride again! Minus is bag was 25 pennies short of 500; that could be better.Update - on 2nd order, seller replaced missing 25 with 2 wheat rolls or 50. It would have been nice to see a more even selection of dates from 1909 through the 1950s. I was not expecting anything valuable, just a reasonable spread through all the decades.

98% 1940's and 1950's as expected as these years are very high production. Got a 1911, 1912, 1934, 1936, 2x 1938, 3x 1939 and a 1972, 1978 which are still copper so no big deal. A bummer was the 2013 I got, which is not copper. Nice price and always a hunt for what years I will get.

I received lots of fun dates from 1910 through 1958. Mixed results. Loved some. Contained some really worn and damaged coins but the good ones made up for it. Eight coins out of 500 went into my collection. Had fun sorting them.

I ordered this for my husband who collects pennies. He had a good time searching through the coins and found four that he needed to fill the spaces in his book.Great for a starter/amateur collector. He is buying more for a Christmas present for the grand kids
