Easy to read! Super informative
This book came into my life at just the right time. I've been mostly vegan for the past 5 years and wondering why I've noticed less than ideal health. While I firmly believe in plants as a priority I'm most excited for my kids to have this nutrition, and proud of my ability to remain flexible rather than rigid for the betterment of my health :-) i'm really enjoying this book; it's very well written/digestible (pun intended)

Incredibly helpful & insightful!
I found this book to be both very helpful & insightful. It's packed with information! I liked all the reference to Food History as a background for modern usage. The recipes all seem very tried & true as well. Anything I've attempted so far has worked beautifully.

Most Useful Fermentation Resource Yet
I had the opportunity to purchase an autographed copy of this book from the author. After a year of playing with fermenting, this book has become our number one go to book. The photos are great for instilling confidence in the process before you, the written text is concise, easy to follow for novices or seasoned readers.As an instructor for a collage nutrition program, I have added this book to my students recommended reading list.

I'm so Glad I bought this Book!
This is a really enjoyable and easy to follow book that stops the whole idea of changing our family cooking habits overwhelming. I love the balance of tips and insights teaching me why the choices I am making for my kids and us as a family are so fabulous. I already feel the effects and can take it one step at a time. Thanks so much for bringing this to the masses!
