Conductive Silver Pen This is for ONE Silver Conductive Pen 8.5 Grams Silver Ink 50±5% Silver with Standard Tip (teflon) SHAKE WELL BEFORE USE Use the silver conductive pen to draw and repaired on most surfaces (paper, epoxy, glass, plastic, metal) Draw traces on circuit boards, repair defective traces, make jumpers and shield electronics, design prototype circuits, Solar Panels, etc... Note: can not do soldering work I had tested the Pen Drawn on paper (as the picture above) 160mm trace at 5.0 Omhs (0.3 omh/1cm) - Sheet Resistance <0.06 Ω/□(thickness of membrane: 6μm) Instruction: SHAKE WELL BEFORE USE - Make sure surface to be draw or repaired is clean and free of oil - Shake the pen vigorously for at least 10 seconds - Press the pen against the surface to repair and squeeze the pen firmly to start the flow of silver NOTE: IF YOU KNOW HOW TO USE Liquid Paper Correction Pen, YOU CAN USE THIS PEN. it is the same pen with silver ink FOR MAXIMUM CONDUCTIVITY CURE WITH HEAT Drying: - For paper or absorbent surface 10 minutes. For maximum conductivity 60 minutes - For non absorbent surface allow 3-6 hours or allow to dry over night - for quicker dry use hair blow dryer or put it in front of a blowing fan - 3-5 minutes with heat cure at 120-150 degree C. note: must be cure with heat foe maximum conductivity
