Bought for son and he loved it!

This is delicious red and green chile, with authentic flavors. I’m really enjoying it on lots of different foods, just like when I lived in New Mexico!

The Red Sauce tasted like it was spoiled, although the jar lid vacuum seal was intact (deflected inwards). I asked for second tasting opinions from culturally knowledgeable friends. Their comments were unanimously negative. Nobody sells something this bad. Some anomaly must have occured. I had to throw it away. I am so sorry. I will review the green sauce shortly. I sincerely wish this didn't happen. I had reasonable expectations. The seller will not exchange or accept returns, nor is there a portal for a resolution for this sort of problem. Can't find good NM chile here in GA. So happy to have found this. Went great on Christmas Eve with my Posole and Tamales. Will definitely be ordering this again soon.

Bought both to recreate “Xmas sauce” New Mexico style… the red sauce was bitter though. Green sauce was delicious!

We gave these sauces to our son-in-law, a native New Mexican, and he was impressed at how good they are--especially the roasted green chile sauce. He is even recommending them to his family who still lives in NM.

I give this 3 stars because of the following formula: Taste (5) + Price (1)/2 = 3... I love Garcia's but have to get it by mail. No problem paying for stuff but they have about the cheapest sauce in state and the most expensive by Amazon... great taste, lousy price...

I have been craving New Mexican green and red chile for years. It’s difficult to find in DC. This was perfect.
