After communication with vendor, they gave me additional tips on how to use the socks. Apparently they need to actually be moist to effectively work. After revising how I used them, they seem to be helping my neuropathy in my feet. Might be worth a try if you are suffering.

I apologize for the confusion created by the reviews that suggest only a single sock will be sent. We had Amazon fulfilling and shipping this product directly for several months, along with another package that includes only a single electrode sock. Somewhere along the line Amazon got some fulfillment stickers mixed up and began sending a single sock package to customers who had purchased and were expecting a sock pair package, like you are. The mislabeled single sock package was sent to several customers and returned only to be sent out again, and thus the negative reviews about folks only receiving half their order were left. Finally a customer contacted us directly about the issue and we were able to remove the mislabeled package from circulation. We also eventually removed all of our inventory from Amazon fulfillment just to be sure there were no more mix-ups out there. We've repeatedly asked the customers and Amazon to remove the misleading reviews (we sent both customers who wrote the negative reviews a complimentary sock pair package, and their original purchases were refunded in full) but we haven't had much success as of yet.As for returning the socks package, yes of course, you can return it if needs be. For opened, used electrode garments packages, we'll usually charge the standard Amazon 15% "restocking fee" along with the cost of any missing or damaged items, even though used electrode garments can't be resold and thus are a total loss to us. Returns though are quite rare, thus we tend to believe that most users are getting good value out of our products. The review that suggest that the socks can't be returned is, in our opinion, placed intentionally to mislead potential customers. Everything in the review is off base, and despite our many attempts to contact the reviewer they have never responded to us.

Use these for nephropathy. The treatments work magic, and the socks are much better to me than soaking my feet in a footbath with electrodes. However, where the leads snap onto the socks rusts and the leads break. There were no instructions saying to watch for this, or to unhook the leads and dry them off. I didn't know the leads snapped on and off. I have bought new leads and will treat them with electrical connector jell and try again.

My wife calls my Omron TENS my Genie in the bottle. The little electric shock generator works like magic on my aches and pains. A lifetime pulling metal apart has left my body feeling 15 years older than it should. My shocker saves the day though when old muscles begin to whine and complain. Then came the burning foot pain. My doc says it neuropathie. Not something you ever want to be told, I'll tell you that straight. I've been limping and hobbling and even fallen down, but with these socks and also the companion cuffs I all my Omron has been working it's magic on the dread neuropahtie too. I look forward putting the socks and cuffs on each night in front of a good game. The socks and the cuffs wrap my legs and feet in this beautiful, electric bliss. Pure relief and pleasure. I can't recommend these socks enough. My wife says I tell everyone I run into about it, and so I should share it on Amazon to get it out of my system. Done!One important thing to remember is that you need a different standard type lead cable for Omron devices. The company wants you to buy their expensive gel pads so the cables that come with the shocker are a funny size and don't fit with any other accessories including the socks and the cuffs. It's a conspiracy for sure. That you will need the other normal cables is mentioned here but I don't think some people find out until they get the socks and they don't attach and they think this company is pulling a fast one. That's not the deal. I've had the same problem with all the gel pads and accessories I've got for my Omron on Amazon. There's a slick solution though. The normal size cables for Omron are sold right here on Amazon for a few bucks. The best you'll ever spend if you got an Omron shocker.
