I bought 3 different pair of budget headsets to replace my dying lg tone platniums. This was the only one with sound quality that was on par with them. The drivers are great.. they handle the bass really well. The highs are really detailed especially when watching movies. I was really surprised with these little guys.Battery life gets me through an entire 12 hour shift at work.The bad.. The only drawback is the material that the bud housing is made of. Working with heavy machinery the LG tones really dense plastics would offer pretty good sound isolation. These however let loud ambient noise go straight through the housings. However you do get some isolation but not perfect. It makes you raise up the volume to compensate. That being said at high volume there isn't any noticable distortion even with something really bassy playing and the highs are clear not tinny.In conclusion you can't ask for much when you're paying this much for budget Bluetooth headsets but in this case these things deliver. Pros: Great battery life, comfortable around the neck.. very flexible and light enough to wear all day, comfortable ear tips, and really good sound quality.Cons: cheap earbud materials that take away from true sound isolation, kind of hard to find the buttons by feel only. I find myself having to look at the buttons. can be a little too bassy for sum but I'd rather have the extra bass and tune it down via software rather than not have any and trying to add some like on the LG tones.

There is one glaring problem that would have been easy to avoid. The controls are 3 buttons on the "collar" piece. They are clearly marked for visual reference but, of course, one cannot see them. I find that I am unable to discover their location by touch. I end up adjusting the volume when I mean to pause playback. This is an obvious problem and has such a simple solution. Putting a little bump on the middle button would make the location of all 3 obvious to the touch.After 7 months of daily use left earbud wire became intermittent.

Not a terrible headset, but just after the return window closed the one side of the headset stopped working. I contacted the seller via Amazon 6 days ago, no response. Seems like a decent product based on other reviews but seller will not even offer me a reply. 1 starEdit 3/21/19 Seller has finally contacted me after I left them a 1 star review offering a replacement. I will bump this to a 3 star for now depending on me receiving/quality of the new set I will edit this review again.

Not the worst earbuds for just under $30... I wear them at work so for about 6 hours a day I have them on my neck and compared to others (Anker) they are kind of heavy and feel uncomfortable after about an hour. The Bluetooth connection isn't great either, if I have my phone in my back pocket while listening it cuts out for some reason and I can't go more than 15 feet from my phone. For the same price you can get some really good earbuds but you can also find better for less. I sold these to a coworker for $10 and hes happy with them.

I bought these as a backup set of earbuds and finally got them out of the package to wear five weeks after purchase and the first time I went to charge them with the inadequately long 6” charging cable they give you it pushed the female end of the connection on the earbuds right through inside them. I’ve had many, many sets of earbuds and I know how to charge USB items like the rest of us but these things wouldn’t even give me a chance to charge before falling apart!Update:Okay, I was mad when I wrote this review. Mad about not being able to purchase something and open it later due to a variety of reasons, i.e; gifts or simply planning ahead while expecting not to be penalized by missing the defective product return window because of it. I was foolish and understand that kind of naivety belongs in some never existent utopia where dishonest bad actors do not ruin things for the rest of us. So, I decided to contact Get Product Support where they were able to set up communication between the seller and myself. After a cordial back and forth email exchange I’m pleased to report my new replacement headset is on its way. Whether or not the quality of my initial headset was an anomaly is still up to debate but I’ll try to remember and post an update in the future regarding my experience.

So I figured I spoke too soon, But the ear buds have stopped working.. In less than two months. I do use them everyday, but of course the best headphones I've found aren't nearly as durable as past products I've used.I will Leave my original review up.-Amazing Battery life, and physical product is durable.I feel I may be writing my review too soon, as I've had bad luck with similar headphones from different brands. but these are great. if anything happens I will update my review.I recommend otherwise-

In all honesty these are by far the best headphones I've ever bought. They are very well balanced and comfortable. Normally Bluetooth headphones are really uncomfortable for long periods of time. I was in the gym for over two hours (I sweat really really bad and these still work) and was comfortable. Though they are not Beats level quality, but they are still really good. I strongly recommend these for people who want good headphones at a budget price.

Love this earphones. I enjoy listen to audiobooks and run errands or do housework at the same time. These are perfect for it! Nothing is on the way. Great quality sound, easy to connect to devise. Fit comfy in my ear. Sometimes I leave it in my ear for a while and even forget I have it. Good sound during the calls too.
