I have been having problems with thrush and burning mouth syndrome. I read that probiotics with L-32 can help so I thought this was worth a try. After about a week of taking one of these probiotics per day, my mouth was back to normal when other home remedies (salt water rinses and baking soda) plus two rounds of prescription meds had not helped. I recently didn’t take it with me on a week long vacation and after about 4 days, the burning in my mouth started up again. I’m not sureof it’s digestive health benefits, but it has been a wonder for my oral yeast problems! Highly recommend!

I am constantly researching trying different probiotics, but I think I’ve found the best now! We’re on our 3rd bottle of this and are very happy with it. Our whole family takes it daily. The strains included are a great blend from what I’ve read and the results are perfect. We especially like this while traveling to keep us healthy.

When Amazon took my favorite probiotics off of subscribe and ship and the price became too expensive, I looked for a replacement that would do the same thing. I tried this one. Initially I thought it was working however I became extremely bloated and gassy - it was embarrassing!! I decided to stop taking these and miraculously my bloating and gassy feeling went away. I had only been taking 1 a day though the directions state 2 per day. I wanted to ease myself in to these.I will NOT be ordering these again.

It’s hard to find a good probiotic for both men and woman but I’m pretty sure I just did. I bought this because verified strains actually have research behind them. You can look up the code next to the stain that’s listed on the back of the bottle and get all the research that has been done on that particular strain. There are 10 verified stains in this probiotic although I only counted 9 but one is listed as a “blend” so I guess that makes 10. In any case this is a great verified strain probiotic and it helps with my daily digestion, keeps me regular and more energetic. Will buy again and again.

Everyone needs a probiotic in their lives! This is such a good one and it's a great price. I have noticed better digestion and less gassiness since I started taking these. Definitely recommend

Do not purchase, has silica .... why? After reviewing looked like a good product but after taking.... bloating, gas etc
