Sarah Wells"Lizzy" Breast Pump Bag - Mosaic

Good and Bad
There are a lot of things I really like about this bag, and a lot of things that I don't. I'm taking it on a trial run at work today to see if I can decide whether or not to keep it. I've listed the pros and cons below:PROS:- Fits my Spectra S2 in the larger pump pocket (be mindful there are two pump pockets, one is bigger than the other, the Spectra does comfortably fit in the larger one).- Laptop sleeve makes it easy to transport my computer while eliminating an extra bag to carry.- Love the print, color, size, and shape of the bag.- Tote and shoulder (with a pad) handles make it easy to carry different ways.- Some reviewers said they disliked the outside fabric, however, I actually really like it. It has a waterproof/light type feel. Considering I'm messy when I pump, I like that it can be wiped down.CONS:- Gold metal hardware is pretty, but feels cheap. I expect it will turn colors or break.- Zippers are cheap plastic and do not open and close smoothly. For the price point, I would have expected metal zippers.- Pump + supplies + a laptop make this bag HEAVY. I'm not confident that the zippers, hardware, and handles will be able to hold up to the weight. This is especially true for the metal clasps on the shoulder strap, one is already loose and crooked (pic attached). I don't carry my laptop in the bag because of this.Ultimately, the bag is beautiful and practical in many ways. I just don't know if it is made well enough to be worth $100. The price seems to be associated with the designer tag and not the quality. I feel that a less expensive bag may be able to offer the same qualities.

Wish I would have bought sooner!
I was super hesitant to purchase because of price, I wasn’t sure if I was going to stick with pumping. I finally caved at 5 months and purchase this bag. Man oh man, I wish I would have purchased sooner. It is so nice to not have to take my spectra pump out of the bag each time at work. It has a nice little compartment. Plus TONS of room for other personal things needed for work. I truly only need to carry this bag. No more dumping everything out of my tote bag. The color is beautiful and seems high quality. I am now purchasing the matching cooler to fit into the other zip pocket. I do wish that everything came with the bag, the cooler and pouch for pump parts - it wouldn’t have hurt to spend the money if it came with everything I needed on the front end. But it has eliminated so much time of “setting up” and I feel more organized. So a win win!

Seems to be a new and improved version
I’m not usually a review-leaver, but there were a couple iffy reviews I read when trying to decide whether to purchase and those points seem to have been addressed in the version of the bag I just received, so hopefully this will help others. Also adding a couple points to address some other questions I had while reading reviews and deciding.- first off, the green geo pattern is stunning. I love it. It’s bright and beautiful. I wish they had all the accessories for it in the same pattern, but maybe those are coming soon.- the zippers are metal, not plastic, and appear to be good quality.- the laptop sleeve inside fits 15” laptops. I have a big 17” Dell laptop and it didn’t fit in the sleeve, but does fit right outside the sleeve in the same position. I was able to close the top zipper over the laptop.- even with the laptop in it, it still fits my Spectra S2 in the large side pocket. The remaining space in the main compartment is big enough to fit a small cooler, bag of pump parts, personal items, etc. Pretty roomy.- I could also fit the tubes, membranes and power cord all still attached to the Spectra S2 in the large side pocket. It looks like I’d never have to pull the pump out.- they now include a little matching shoulder pad for the strap, which is awesome for a heavy laptop+pump. My only con is that the little snaps on the sides that are designed to “fold down” the bag to make it a little smaller are worthless. The way they’re designed, the second you pick up the bag by the strap, it pops the snaps apart and the bag is full size again. Pointless design, unless I’m just misunderstanding it. However, this isn’t an issue for me because I’ll likely always need it to be full size anyway to fit my laptop.

Bigger than expected, not top quality.
It’s much bigger than expected which I like. It’s big, but not overwhelmingly big like some diaper/pump bags. It’s very well designed but functions well also. Quality could be better(on the inside) for the price they’re charging. I used an amazon coupon so I didn’t purchase it for full price but I’d be hesitant to spend $100+ on this bag(or brand) if I saw it in person first. But definitely worth it since there isn’t much diaper/pump bag options out there that’s affordable and durable at the same time.
