My feet and ankles are saved
Finally no more torn skin on my feet and ankles. Also, I can now do moves that require the souls of your feet as mine are too slippy without these.

Suitable for intermittent use
I'm still using these however the bottom grips partially ripped on first use. I bought these more for protection of my ankles/foot as I bruise really easily.

they're nice, but tend to turn a bit when i get a grip around the pole (climbing up), and the sticky part is not ALL the way around, and I wish it was, because then it would be certainly nor a problem...i hope this makes sense.
