This is a very nice bag, however I think it needs a soft rubber bottom that is removable for cleaning. This would make things slip-proof and also cut down on how much noise is created when you are looking for something in the main compartment. I also wish it had some hooks at each end that would let you put a longer strap on it. The shorter wide handle also makes it a little inconvienient getting into the main compartment because you have to try to push the handle out of the way so you can unzipper the main compartment. It's stylish and well made but just needs a few upgrades.

This bag is completely leak proof. It has a plastic bin inside which I love. I've used this bag for everything- carrying medications, makeup, hair products, family toiletries, etc. I even think you could use it as a cooler if you wanted. The quality is also very good. The outside material feels sturdy and the stitching is well done. The only complaint I have is with the carrying strap which I wish was longer. I'll try to explain this as best I can- in order to open the top zipper completely (to gain access to inside the bag) you have to pull the strap down onto the sides of the bag so it fits around the bag. The strap is just a tad too snug when doing this. I believe I read they are trying to resolve this issue. Other than this one issue, I find this bag to be great and very versatile.

I like the basic bag and the concept of it, but there are a couple of issues. The handle is some what short making it a little difficult to get the lid open to remove items. Also, the inside liner tapers to the bottom leaving a lot of wasted space near the bottom between the case and the liner. Hope these comments are helpful

Handle length is awkward and should be adjustable. This bag has three zippered openings at the top of the bag that cannot all be accessed at the same time because the handle is always blocking the opening of at least one of them....very frustrating. I just came back from a three-week trip where I was continuously whipping that handle back and forth in an attempt to locate an item in the zippered pockets. If the handle were adjustable, it could fall to the side and leave all the openings accessible at the same time. Also, the plastic bucket inside the middle section is tapered instead of fitting the square shape of the bag, which decreases the amount of items you can pack into it. The quality is good, but the design has a couple of flaws to correct before it's a five star product.

I absolutely love this product! I purchased this product because I travel quite often for my job. It worked perfect for all of my toiletries, makeup, straightener and blow dryer. The side pockets are an extra benefit of this bag! The material of the bag is a good quality and there is more room than I thought there would be. I received the bag within two days of ordering it which I thought was pretty quick. The seller also wrote a nice thank you note on the receipt which I thought was really nice. I would highly recommend this product to anyone! This bag will be going with me with on all my trips! It is a great product!

I travel frequently and needed a roomy cosmetic bag that holds all the essentials. I really like the sturdy plastic liner, so easy to keep things organized when you're on the go. Just remove it, then take it to wherever you need it. A great idea!
