Nature's Way Sarsaparilla Root Capsules, 850 Mg Per Serving, 100-count, 100 Count

I take the recommended dosage with a meal early in the day or either late at night.I have used the liquid, alcohol free version and it works fine except that the dosage with thecapsules are less (800 mgs verses 2000 mgs per 2 dropperfuls).The capsules are easy to swallow and won't leave a funny smell.I could either take the capsules or the liquid since both were easy.Make sure that you drink enough water with the capsule or it will stickwhile going down your throat.This product was what I expected and I would be willing to buy it again andrefer others to it. Hope this helps someone out there!

Not really sure of any benefits from using this product yet, but after researching it's uses, I feel that it is an affordable and relatively safe supplement to try. Do a little research on Sarsaparilla and you might be surprised that this old-time remedy may prove a valuable modern day health aid.

I`m not sure really what these herbs/vitamins are for. They don`t create anymore energy or make you sleep, it`s not a diet food suppressant pill,so I don`t really know. I read somewhere that it cleans your blood, I found that info online,so it must be true. It might work if I actually take prescription pills,which I don`t. One reviewer said to NOT take 2 at a time,IT`S the truth,do not take 2 at a time.As of any other review about these,I don`t have any information about them.Trial and error. Sorry.(disclosure,I`m in no way bashing this product,I just don`t know what it`s for,except if you take 2 pills it will clean you out).

Purchased to help with fertility. I bought 2-bottles & only used one bottle as I conceived the first month of use. Great product is all I have to say & when we're ready for baby#3 I'll use Sarsaparilla herb again. SN: I also used other supplements to aid in fertility (CoQ10, 200 mg), Red Clover 430mg, & Vitex 175-225mg.

This is a good product. The price just has went up a lot from when I purchased it.

I ordered this because I was having some skin problems and my uncle suggested it (he's a nurse). I took it for a while, but couldn't really tell if it was helpful. I can't say if this works like it's supposed to. It did order by the specified date and was exactly what I expected based on the description.
