Have not used it much.
By the time I got around to purchasing this particular zapper, my immediate bug problem had passed. I've purchased several zappers in the past and am not sure yet how this holds up as far as bug-murder goes. If there are any complaints I will revise my review at a later date.My biggest gripe about this model is that there is no way to hang this as a tool. I didn't know I needed that feature but a hole in the handle or something to hang it on a wall would have been great. This thing is big (a plus) so being able to put it 'away' efficiently would be great.

Gets the little ones!!!
I have owned at least 10 other bug zapper rackets and I've always been in search of one that's amazing at killing the tiny fruit flies and such because that to me is the most important thing. This definitely does that about as good or better than the others I've had. Only complaint I have is that it does seem to lack power when hitting larger flies and such(they usually require a second or third hit). Also don't really see how the blue light is useful but I guess it looks kind of cool...

Shocking!!
Shocking!!..... works great... I have a parrot and sometimes I get parrot food and small moths show up.... this racket takes them out with ezzzzs

works well on tiny bugs
[EDIT 1 year later] will not hold a charge. not worth $18 i paid, worth $5 probably.PROS: works! satisfying zap. lightweight, safe for kids (low voltage).CONS: because of the very low voltage anything larger than a mosquito will need more than 2-3 zaps unfortunately. Probably a "government regulation" and not companies fault. So, if your target is house flies, this won't work.Would have been nice to have a strap to hang/store it.

Better to buy the manual flyswatter.
So far this does not seem to work very well. It does produce a shock but the flys run from it. The light meant to attract bugs is so faint it is ineffective.

This works really well
I can’t believe how cool this thing is. I suddenly had 1/2 a dozen flies in my house and I kept missing with the swatter. This racket took care of them quickly and efficiently.
