Family persimmon soap 2 Kopakku

When my Grandmother expressed concerns about her "old person" smell, I began to do some research online.I read an article which claimed that persimmon soap was the answer.When I asked if she'd consider switching her soap (She has been using the same brand for years) my gran was reluctant, but said as long as it didn't smell bad, she'd try it. Because of the price, I took a gamble and ordered it online.The first parcel was lost in the post, however the seller was extremely cooperative, and sent a replacement by airmail. This saved us having to wait a further two weeks for the replacement.When the soap arrived, my Grandmother approved of the smell, so she began using it. We weren't sure it would work, but it had an almost immediate effect.The bars don't last as long as some others, but they're not overly expensive, so it isn't an issue.

My elderly dad has been suffering with old person smell for quite a while to the point where we had to mention it to him. Obviously he was really upset and we tried various different products before discovering this. This is the only thing that seems to have done the trick thank goodness and so we will order it again. The only reason I haven't given it 5 stars is that it's quite pricey being as it's effectively soap and also my Dad has said he doesn't like the fact that there isn't much lather when you use it. However, he's pleased with it and would recommend it.

I read that this is a good soap for getting rid of that ' old people smell' that lingers well, around old people. It's apparently something that happens as we get older , something to go with breaking down of chemicals on the skin and normal soap doesn't get rid of it . Anyhow ,i bought some for my parents as a ' gift' as I wasn't quite sure how to broach the subject . I can confirm it does actually work!

I bought this as it's recommended for 'old person smell' (nonenal) I don't think I've got it but to be sure I thought I would try it. The soap smells very pleasant of an orange smell. The only criticism is they're very small bars so they work out expensive. Having said that the first bar I've opened is still going strong. My friend has the same soap and is a few years older than me, she things it's great soap.

This is a cheaper alternative to the body washes with permission fruit extract. The product is great for combating old person smell caused by the excretion of Noneal. Not heavily fragranced, and kind to sensitive skin.

Took a long time to arrive but def worth the wait. Smells lovely and lathers very well. Leaves you smelling fresh and clean all day. Will be ordering more

This does what its supposed to. Great smell, fresh slightly antiseptic and keeps one very sweaty teenager smelling good even after football! Don't know about 'older person smell'?? {A bit ageist and a little insulting!} but guess if it works on post football workout it'll work for anyone.

Sadly, I inherited old people's smell from my mother and I read that this soap deals with it effectively. It does. The only drawback is the cost but it's worth it.
