I do some pretty hard contact martial arts training, along with the intense physical conditioning that goes along with it. I am always aching somewhere and had been looking for something to help with pain and recovery. I was skeptical of anything topical ACTUALLY helping with muscle pain until I was about 20 miles deep into a marathon and my legs were just finished. I had pushed it a little too hard and could hardly take a few steps without my legs cramping up, and I was looking for anything to help me get through the last 5 miles. I saw a guy with a tank of this stuff just spraying any runners’ legs that wanted it, and at that point I was desperate for anything to stop my legs from feeling how they felt.I ran over, and he doused my legs in this stuff and I ended up having the best final 5 miles I’ve ever had in a marathon. I then forgot it for the next couple years, and at a health expo I saw a booth where they were selling it. “I might as well try it again,” I thought, and I bought a bottle.I will never train without it again- I use it for absolutely everything. In my personal experience, it has taken the edge off of any ache or pain I’ve had, and I’ve gotten everyone I know to try it.My friends joke that I must work for the company- with how much I try to get people to use the stuff. Truth is, it works really well for me, and I can’t recommend it enough.

Awesome stuff!!! Works like a miracle! Already ordered some more. My daughter and son in law had worked all day cleaning apartments and doing tons of yard work. Their backs hurt so bad and they were amazed at how much it helped the pain.

For short term relief of lower back tightness and pain this stuff works. Use prior to stretching.

This is a great product! It really does work on your pain, and calms your nerves and mussels down

I’ve been using KnF for years. I especially notice my pain if I stop using it. Very clean, non greasy, non damaging to clothes. I apply generously twice a day.
