Excellent service
I have used these bulbs before, for my partially sighted mother. They help a lot. I ordered some for my own home and when the pack arrived, one bulb didn't work. I mentioned this in the review and also that it was not worth sending it back. I did not contact the supplier but two days later, I received a new bulb in the post. I was not expecting that!!! This is amazing! This sort of customer service needs to be praised, I am so impressed.
