Strong aroma of Mint leaves
Use it to make myself a strong hot mint tea (tea bags are ok but less taste) in the afternoon instead of drinking coffee. It is absolutely relaxing and calm me down from the hectic. It is also serves as an extra kick in the beef stew... and many more dishes.
