Was a lot of fun but is surprisingly light and flimsy. And most importantly, the plastic core is hollow and breaks easily. I only had these for a few days before one of the cores became pinched like a plastic straw and lost all core strength. Now it just sort of flops from side to side.

If you shove a pool noodle over a bokken, this is pretty much what you'll get. You will need to wear bogu (kendo armor) when you spar with these if you don't want to get hurt, so you might as well use shinai. Inexpensive... and there's a reason for that.
