The sizing is good for length and overall circumference, except that the head hold is a bit tight for my head. The waist band is sized to keep the shirt from riding up too often, so that’s a plus in my book. I do wish they offered this in a polyester or polyester blend material.

My son is a body builder and this was a gift for him. It fits true to size and it looks great.

If you care about how you look then i don't suggest you pair this with loose bottoms it looks kinda funny and too short, they really need to design this product with US specs as the material and design is great but it lacks the proper sizing to make it an all around item.

I go to the gym about 6 days a week and actually loved the look of these shirts. Unfortunately they don’t hold up well at all which is a shame. They started to rip after only the first week. Still I said I’d give it a chance. They only got worst. I bought another shirt, same design but different company and didn’t have the problem. I don’t do any crazy movements while working out.

I bought this as a gift for my son, he loves it. It is lightweight, comfortable, and true to size.

Expensive but nice
