This is a great product. I use these at night when my throat and mouth get dry. They taste great when I first put them in my mouth, but the reason I did not give a 5 star is that they leave a bit of odd taste in my mouth after I have had it in my mouth a while. This may just be me, however, as I know several things I have this problem with.Anyway, the ingredients alone make them worth trying. They are more expensive than the mentholated candy that is sold as "cough drops," but that is to be expected for a quality product like this.

Make sure you finish in 90 days or they start to go bad and get sticky. Slightly metallic aftertaste at the end.

These are not the best tasting but for two elderly seniors we take these every fall all the way through to spring and have very few illness related issues to flu etc. I can't swear this will work for everyone but it has proven to work for us. The first time I used an elderberry product was about 3 years ago when my elderly husband came down with a very zealous case of the flu. He was close to hospitalization. I was his care giver and I did have to take him to the ER. He took the prescribed medications along with elderberry and I used elderberry to try to avoid getting sick so I could care for him. I didn't get sick and he was well sooner than others with the same illness. Since that time we have taken these one per day each from fall to spring.

Not too sweet. Good flavor. Enjoyed.

Great lozenges, but I hate the after taste. It’s lasts in ur mouth forever. But they work so they r worth the bad taste

These are the best cough lozenges I have found. I have had a severe cold and sinus infection which has led to quite a bit of mucous in my throat and upper airways. A friend told me to find elderberry cough drops with zinc in them. We had to look all over town to find what was another brand. This brand did a good job too but were hard to find, much more expensive, had less zinc and there were fewer lozenges in the package. I found these on Amazon and they are every bit as good if not better and there is more zinc and more lozenges in each package. I highly recommend these. They are far better at calming your cough for a much longer time. By the way, they do taste good too.

I recently had a bad cold and these healthy lozenges were a comforting & tasty part of getting better. The taste is very appealing, a combo of tart & sweet, thankfully less sugary than conventional cough drops, plus you get the immune-boosting benefits of elderberry & zinc. I infinitely prefer these over Zicam, which tastes metallic to me. While I didn't have a cough, these lozenges helped with sore throat and general flu-blues. My only quibble: they're so yummy I'm tempted to have more than one at a time! I always like to have a few of these on hand in my purse to keep my immune system as strong as possible, and since I speak a lot at work they help my voice stay smooth. I also use the elderberry syrup (which delivers a more concentrated dose of elderberry extract) regularly whenever I feel run down.

Not overpowering, just mild.

Have suffered dry mouth for a number of years due to a health problem. I had never tried to do anything to alleviate the dry mouth out of a refusal to accept my health problem. Lately I got very fed up with the symptoms of dry mouth so thought to try these lozenges. I love the taste, it's great to know they're organic and that they also contain vitamin c, zinc and berry extracts. Really glad to have found these. I like how they are natural and good for me. The other thing I've noticed is that taking one of these seems to both lift my mood and calm me - this is an unexpected bonus! I really need to have my mood lifted and to feel calmer as I suffer from severe depression. I had not expected a to receive an emotional benefit from these but it's wonderful and so these lozenges have surpassed my expectations. Thank you to the manufacturer and seller!

These lozenges taste are excellent for sore throats , or the beginning of a cold , they taste good and are completely natural , no artificial ingredients, . would definitely recommend them.

These did the job they don’t taste nice but they soothed my sore throat

Nice mild taste, no nasties. Soothes throat a little in a similar way to normal sweets
