Yep, you gonna get cooked by this grease like southern fried chicken, kids! It starts as a slow growing warmth wherever you apply it! Then when the sweat hits it: burn baby burn! Disco Inferno! I have noticed no discoloration to my skin (Melanin enriched!) nor any adverse affects (my white tank tops NOT included, but it ain't y'alls fault tho). Fortunately, it does cool down (like [he done] Ben Gay)...eventually (around lap 10 or 12 or whenever the delirium kicks in)....so make the most of your sauna-sautee time with this amazing gel. I will be getting more AFTER I run through my present jar. The best so far!

It’s warm. U sweat but that’s all we saw

I purchased this a few months ago & loved it. Since it’s a bit pricey I decided to try a different brand (pictured on the left). I tested them by putting the amino on the right side of my tummy & thighs, the TNT on the left. After 10-15 minutes on the treadmill I could feel the familiar warmth on my right side. Through my entire hour on the treadmill I felt absolutely nothing on my left side. I gave it 4 stars because despite it working it is a little expensive!

Okay so I usually would never give one star but OUCH! Smells good to me I put it on my tummy and sides trying to lose baby weight and after about 20 or 30 minutes I felt it getting warm. Kept it on for about an hour during my workout but had end my workout sooner than I would have preferred because I started to feel like I was on fire! Got to the shower and my skin was RED! I am burned from this! Sucks cuz I bought it in February but due to moving situations and other things going on I'm just now getting to try it out. I would definitely return it if I could!! Its been about 20 minutes since I got out of shower and I'm still on fire! Wish it would let me post photos!!
