I cant give them a zero or I would. I had product shipped to a body shop along with many other part to a jeep project I was doing. The body shop got busy and sat on everything for 3 months till I finally hired another to get started on them. I went and moved all the boxes over to the new place and all were in reasonable condition and felt no need to unbox everything to check things out till we were ready to get started. After a couple weeks the got to replacing the windshield and frame. The shop opened the box to find the frame had several substantial dents in it that would be almost as much money as the frame to fix. I contacted Amazon and they were very pleasant but told me it was the manufacturer responsibility to warrant it. The manufacturer contacted me and said there was only 30 days to return the product. Keep in mind we still have the box, pictures and it has never been installed on any vehicle. A good manufacturer stands behind their products. I didnt even ask for a refund just to replace a detective product that was clearly damaged by them as the box was on good shape. Wish I could recommend them!

My windshield was mis-delivered to another city per the tracking number. However, they corrected it before I even noticed that it was late. Great service. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the button on the windshield was too small for my mirror and was apparently not a standard size. I looked for aftermarket mirrors that would fit, but all were the standard larger size. I eventually needed to remove the mirror button and replace it with the correct size. It is not an easy process to remove the button, but I managed without breaking the windshield.I probably could have returned the window to get one with the correct button, but did not want to take the extra time.All is good now.

Ordered this windshield and came busted. Made fedex take it back. Fedex refused to pay for it an closed my case. I sent the company an email and 5 days later a new windsheild showed up. Stand up company and will do future business.

Looks good but made in China so it is thin. Too bad nothing is made in America anymore.

I was worried the windshield would make it with no damage. They packaged it in a heavy duty box inside of another box. No issues. Thanks guys!

Just put it on tonight. Right now it’s held in place with tape and two 2x4s with ratchet straps.

Windshield arrived perfectly packaged - not a scratch on it. Had it professionally installed and it went in without a hitch. Really impressed!!!

This was the item that was listed as frequently bought with the window frame we bought for the Jeep but it does not fit. The product came shipped very good and timely just did not work
