Q: are these double sided?

They don't have slots on both sides, but they're transparent on both sides, so it's easy to stick two things in and have them face opposite directions.

Q: How many holes are on each sleeve, did it come with 11 punch holes like the image says?

Mine have 3 holes. But I bought them years ago. It could have changed.

Q: How many cards can realistically fit in a slot? I'm interested for storage purposes more than protection.

I fit 10 cards for the game Dominion in each slot. 12 fit tight in a few. -- PAE
